now 250ms isnt much and with enough critchance they will trigger enough each cd, but personally i like to use the 4L's for utillity, in this case powercharges.

I can't say for certain, but as a general rule I don't accept mechanics definitions until GGG states them.
I would also submit that 250ms is both unnoticable to the naked eye and within the tolerance range for latency, rendering test data very difficult to obtain. Stealth nerfs aren't really their style, but it wouldn't surprise me if this was a built in mechanic either.
In either case, the 4Ls with CwDT, LL, and EK are just bonus dmg in the dual wield build and there are better options that can provide more utility.

Sure 250ms would be impossible to test if u run into a pack of mobs that hits like crazy. The simple solution to test it is to just have 1 medium slow hitting mob stand there and hit you, you will see that there is definitely not coming out 6 ice spears from those 4l's.

The test isn't for the 250ms cd in it self its the fact that the cwdt gem doesnt cast all the gems of the same skill at the same time that is the problem of the old setup of the poster, as long as it only can cast 1 of them at any given time, the other 4-5 gem slots are wasted

One should either switch to a utility setup or have different skills with only 1 of each.

Im only lvl 29, can someone pls tell me whats more importan to get first on the pasives tree, the lower or upper nodes?
Or maybe which nodes should I pick up as I progress, ex 1-30 go this way, 31-50 pick that, etc, etc.

You need to be more specific about which build you're running, etc...

Life Gain on Hit won't work with EK.

I'm using spec throw dual dagger with lmp inc crit ek ek . For now while leveling I'm using the unique daggers with block chance. I may eventually swap to higher crit ones.

Any clue on link / special stuff for dominus ?

With 75all with tabula he just rape me on his templar form.

When I watch the video, it seems like dominus just cut of in two in like 5 seconds. Is it because of multistrike or something else ?

Have following things:

Blood removing flask
some escape tool (whirling, jump) for his fist of god
at least 1-5 light dmg
eh, why lightning dmg? Each time you crit, you will inflict a shock stack (+30% dmg, up to 3 stacks and +90% dmg), simple tricks. Cyclone all his toons face to face, then just escape when he is about to cast that nasty aoe fist. rinse repeat.
second form just cycone him all day :D

That's way more complicated then it needs to be.

For DW version
Step 1: Make sure you have 70% crit and are maxed on at least lightening resist
Step 2: Get two lightening flasks, preferably with +recharge on crit mod
Step 3: Cyclone until he casts lightening, pop topaz flask
Step 4: repeat until dead

If you really have trouble, you can swap out for a purity aura.

If you don't have enough health to survive his touch, just move away when he starts the cycle. Most of the time he dies before you he can cast it.

Unleveled gems, particularly EKs will make this fight much more difficult.

level 69 and doing some maps recently, still have times where i get blown up...

got 2,800 hp - 75 / 75 / 45 (lightning) and -40 i believe for chaos

my gear looks like, any suggestions on gear / build on what to do?
Also im assuming these map mods are not possible for this build but not 100% sure
-Blood Magic mod
-No regen and decreased regen mods
-Chaos dmg over time (assuming i need higher life regen)
