Lvl 70 duelist playing with this build, since main damage is the 6L cast on crit, i modified the 2x cwdt+ek+ek+life leech into cwdt(lvl1)+EK+EK(1xcold snap/ice spear)+powercharge on crit(q20), with this on 2x 4links my immortal call buff runs a long time and refreshes alot as well with almost constant 3 powercharges+ the endurance charges now and then. running at 75% critchance on cyclone with powercharges up.

Also having all flasks with the modifier: recharge 1 on crit to be able to spam them basically every fight helps a ton, switching out for special mobs/bosses when needed.

Planning on taking vaal pact in 5 more lvls to maybe be able to facetank at least the single reflect mobs, and eventually get a replacement for the tabula rasa.


Since the Cwdt nerf the life leech on the previous 4links is so small its not worth it, and personally i didnt notice it.

Have you tried using blood magic to solve your mana problems?
You can start using the OP links when you have enough crit to reliably kill things.

With the Surgeon's prefix it's up every time you will need it.

When it comes to leveling, I followed DonaldF's guide. I also took Wrecking Ball as advised, from which I'm gonna respec later and used 2 handed swords of course.

I used Spectral Throw + LMP with mana leech and later also added fire or/and life on hit.
For single target Double Strike + Faster attack with life leech and later also mana leech.

I just MASHED through normal and cruel and I am 54 at ledge now, all of it in 24 hours (maybe about 12 hours of gameplay). And I am no pro in POE. ;)

If you want smooth leveling, I highly advise, what DonaldF said, as it seems to be a breeze. :)

Hi. I dont read all thread but I have an idea.
How about Power Charges? Just for test I use now Ice Spear+GMP+Power Charge on Crit+Blood Magic.
Ice Spear because second form has a nice crit chance.
GMP for more spears.
And BM cuz always low on mana :D.
Just cast one 4L-Ice Spear before cycloning a pack and have fun with +150% crit chance.
Sounds good isnt it?

even better would be a 6L voll's to instantly get the charges when you crit... but such items are very expensive.

Im level 65 now using somewhat of this guide. The damage output seems kinda low imo and my health likes to spike up and down. Playing on nemesis so i had to take more health nodes but i still have most all of the crit nodes aswell. Just seems like the packs dont insta die like i was watching and it takes way more passes and volleys to kill stuff.

I know it might not be the best gear but the stats on my tree and op's tree are really sim except for mine has more hp and his has a couple more in crit with daggers percentage. Any tips would be greatly appreciated.
