I've start this build as duelist. With two Ungil's Gauche, Dervish and two 2% block nodes near it I have 69 chance to block, and 54% chance to evade with grace. Max block chance with anvil unique amulet. 51% chance to crit. Now I can do almost any map, but reflect its a really pain. Will Ondar's Guile and Phase Acrobatics keystones raise my chance to evade reflected EK?

And also want to try Power charge on crit instead mana leech with Auxium belt to solve mana problem.

I think people are panicking, the sole purpose of the CoDT was to leech back life when life was taken away... the damage output was a bonus.. and surely you dont AFK when you play anyway so this isnt the big issue.

This build is still very very viable with the nerf, remember the key component to this build is actually CoC.
Since this build relies predominantly on:

More Crit = More Damage = More Leech

its not rocket science.

Unless you're using Prism Guardian (obviously not) or Alpha's Howl + Mana Reserved Nodes, you dont want 3 aura's active.
So in any other case you'll be use 2.
-Haste - crit chance increase
-Hatred - damage output increase
-Purity - res increase
-Grace - evasion(armour) increase


if you are completely lost with this build and need help....
I can give you this advice based on my own character

@level 55-60

Crit Chance Problem
Crit Chance per Dagger below 25%? look at replacing/upgrading jewellery for more crit chance
if all fails, use Haste.

Damage Output Problem
You are now criting enough now ~35% per dagger. Is your cyclone DPS over 300? Have you got problems leeching Mana or Life?
Check EK DPS? What Level are your EK GEMs? 13 Minimum.
If you cant increase your DPS for Cyclone and CoC linked EK, you can try Hatred.

Survival Problems
Resistances total below 80-90? (dont add chaos)
you may want to consider upgrading gear with higher res items.
All fails, try Purity

for Iron reflexes users & Armour below 3k-3.2k? Do you have mana leech or life leech problems?
No? Then get out of Tabula Rasa and find a 5L with eva/arm.
You should probably be using Grace anyway, but if not, try it.

and the best bit of advice I can give is..

Cyclone - CoC - EK - EK - Mana Leech - Life Leech

need more leech, flasks?
CoDT - Molten Shell - Increased Duration - Warload's Mark

Recently Tabula is around 25chaos. I think its not too expensive.

Hey Donald, why don't u use rustic sash, won't be the dmg bonus be better than block? Or is it just because you didn't get a good one.


Btw guys is there a way how to hide the lvlup anouncement of gem, if we keep them on low lvl..? The anouncement is rather disturbing...
