spectre > fork > minion damage > faster casting > minion life > fire penetration
fork helps a LOT in aoe dps, should make things a lot easier

i wouldnt wear dream fragments, just get a life rarity, preferably resists ring (i'm quite sure you are not capped) ring, also sidhearbreath is a terrible amulet apart from equipping it for summons
later on get a +2 minion helmet, once you drop matua

Thx for all this advices. Actualy with purity of elements i am near capped (just need a bit more lightning and it is good) but i will lake resist in merciless. I will try later, with better helm to wear a second andvarius but it will be hard i think ;)

For sidhearbreath yeah very nice amy to summon but after...i will drop it to (keeping it for the swap) and will focus on life + resist + iir/iiq ammy.

Flame sentinel do a great job. When do you think i will be able to keep alive undying miscreation ?

Can you explain me how work this unique iir/iiq potion plz ? You have this bonus all the time you apply the potion (on it regen cooldown) or when you are max life before end of cooldown, the bonus fade ?

~level 15+ gems will let you run burned miscreations
divination distillate gives it's bonus during flask effect, it needs to either restore life or mana, myself, before killing Piety, i just spam my Blood Magic Vulnerability a couple of times to lose life, then use flask + Culling Strike Arc her with the buff up

Why do you have levelled arc (the one with culling and iir)?
Is it possible to cast level 1 arc with mana and possibly add chain instead of blood magic?

Also - since i don't believe in getting 6l rare, i will use tabula rasa or average 5l rare - what is better for spectres?

Is this a build that a new player can use for their first character?

I noted than purity of elements have a 40% mana reserved. As i can see in your build, you take about more than 40% reduced mana reservation? So how it's work ? All 40% mana reservation cost you nothing now ? (asking because i am thinking about using in this build: purity of ice, fire and lightning for more resists and max resists)

So in my calculations, you can run:

Vitality + Grâce + determination on boots total reserved: 40% (+ reduced mana of course)
Purity of ice fire and lightning on shield and weapon (will need 2 reduced mana here too): 30%

Total 70% of mana reserved (instead of 50% with only purity of elements). Still room here to use others

@alt0172 i only leveled the arc so when im spamming it, it countercts my life regen so i keep the rarity flask buff for easier cullin
a 5link is enough for BMs to function at almost full throttle, 6th link = empower (whenever it levels up)

i'd recommend playing thought the game 1-2 times before trying something this lategame, since you won't be able to do any real summoner action before level 60+

those nodes are not additive, they aren't flat 40-5%, they actually reduce 5% of the 40% thats why you need so many of them
