(Nov 3 - Euro-friendly) Three-hour Solo Turbo Hardcore Ladder Race
" I was a bit disappointed that nobody else wanted to do a short pvp match. ;S |

" I always have some desync with him, usually manageable, but today was obscene. My first trip it was as if Brutus had acquired flicker strike. I bailed after exhausting my TP's for flask recharges. Redid the Prison and found a coral amy and leveled a bit so I could do more damage. Second trip the initial battle was a little better desync-wise and then magically improved dramatically after TP'ing back in again. Was then able to circle him with phase run and hit him with glacial hammer, rinse and repeat until he was dead. Was straighforward once desync was eliminated. Farmed Coves for 2 levels in last 30min ending @ L15 :(. I lost my first char on a bridge in Upper Submerged Passage (always clear one end of a bridge before venturing out on it unless you want to be blocked in and die) and then the issues with Brutus so I guess not too bad. Drops sucked for me so no help there. Last night in a practice run had 3 alch, 3 chaos, 2 chance and 2 awesome rare staves, today ended up with an alch and attired soley in whites and blues and a generic blue staff. |

Fun race beside Brutus and the rollback after clearing half of the old field cave. My tactic for Brutus was to chip him down slowly by shooting cloud of poison arrow near him or sometimes directly from behind corners. few times he hooked me but i was lucky to not get hit by 2 slams in a row. Also Prison spawned random large chest and I found the hyrri movement/attack speed hat from it xD

Turbo mode makes it impossible for me to pass Brutus. I'm probably not the best player around, but still think I know quite well what I am doing. Tried with a ranger and a witch, but I get killed without seeing the attacks.
