WinMTR v0.92 GPL V2 by Appnor MSP - Fully Managed Hosting & Cloud Provider
Well, I was fixed after a uninstall/reinstall. Then they patched it with 1.0.0d and now I am disconnecting again.

Seems the client is hosed per update and a reinstall to get a full clean install is in order.
Sucks, because then there is a 2 hour wait to play after each patch.
After the posts here I gave a try to the reinstalling. It seems to have helped - I got two disconnects, the first after several hours (yesss!), the second after about ten-twenty minutes. So the random character of it stayed the same and it's still happening, but noticeably less so.
Same here, since 1.0.0c.
Constantly disconnecting, all day since release. Including a disconnect right before I click on my freaking loot.

I take that back, it was momentary thing. The game's pretty much unplayable now. I hope the devs don't eat or sleep trying to fix this ... looks like they were not ready for Release just yet.

It has nothing to do with "not ready for release" and more about "not ready for the onslaught of players into the game BECAUSE of release". They're two different things. One is a software problem, the other is a hardware capacity problem. The second plagues almost every online game release I've seen (aside from the ones that have multi-million dollar budgets and billion dollar backing). Then again, even Diablo 3 had some pretty bad server issues at launch that didn't have really anything to do with the Beta software, but the load from demand.
same here. keep getting random disconnections since game was released.

CAN ANYONE EXPLAIN WHAT IS GOING ON? AND IF THERE IS ANYTHING WE CAN DO ABOUT THIS?
IT'S GETTING INCREASINLY ANNOYING TO BE DISCONNECTED ALL THE TIME IN MAPS AND LOSE MAPS.
THERE MUST BE SOMEONE WHO KNOWS WHY THIS HAPPENS.

thanks.

Just wanted to post an update to anyone watching this thread. Using the Steam version which allows me to pick the Gateway, I said F it and tried Europe instead of America gateway and I managed to stay in-game for about 5 minutes! :D It's not much but it's much more than before (1-60 seconds). Managed to actually level my Scion to level 3 lol...

sorry but i lol at this :)
you actually managed to level a scion to 3 before getting dc. it was just funny to read. hope you can stay on longer now.

After reading around in several threads I eventually found out a solution that worked for me. The problem was Blue Coat K9 internet filter. After uninstalling this I had no more disconnects; I just played for over an hour with absolutely no problems. Hopefully this helps some of you!
I get the same thing over and over again... quite frustrating when you are in a party
