We players want an auction house

i dont want a Auction house, but i want a mailbox were you can send items and charge the price of the items via mail, and mail returns with the Money.

Chris has said no to a Buyout option in a recent interview, but I'm really hoping they at least get rid of the "having to be online at the same time" requirement that's such an annoyance.

Adding public stash tabs by itself is really nothing, we already have that with forum threads, taking it in-game changes very little. I'd at least like to be able to remotely send offers/accept offers for items in it.

Do you list your asking price for the items you are trying to sell in the trade channel/forum shop?

If someone who is trading doesn't list prices but hopes someone will bid more than the items are currently worth, and yet won't accept bids that are below what the item is currently valued at then they should expect many of the items will take a long time to sell. It works the same way in real life, which is why most shopkeepers post their prices.

Listen, in my opinion, the Auction House didn't ruin D3.

I disagree and would not like to see any auction house feature in POE. Trading is already an excessive focus for some, and others are afraid they can't progress or compete without trading.
