Is there any reason for picking scion over witch or witch over scion? I saw the stat comparison, but am not sure if one is considered "better" than the other.

Hi Rathik, this is Babai, Thanks for the guide, I am playing with this build currently and having good fun :-). The only trouble is with reflect though, but that's due too my gear. I don't have much currency and playing on self found gears only. I have 1900 hp, 450 armor, base damage 4600+ (without buff), playing act 3 merc (level 64) and clearing areas really fast. I usually carry 2 granite flask, which is enough to handle reflect monsters.
Anyway, want to thank you again for this guide :-) Out of curiosity, whats the price for your 6L chest armor? it has everything, huge life/armor/all resis. Did you craft this? |

So I seem to have hit a wall with this build. My DPS went from great to just ok as I am moving into 70+ maps. My only (significant) upgrades seem to be either a 6L or Void Battery, neither of which do I have the currency for.
My passives follow the build exactly. Can I get any gear feedback? I have optimized as close as possible with the guide. I just feel like any upgrades will cost a lot of currency without a significant increase in damage. Should I just suck it up and save for a Void Battery? Tooltip DPS on EK is ~3k. Thanks again for all of the help with this build

" Get a 20/20 EK (and just level 20 gems in general) asap, besides that, the weapon seems to be the biggest weakness in your gear imo. You could try to find cast speed on jewelry for more dps, or take off life leech gem for an iron will gem and just use potions to heal (depending on map of course) I would say stick to lower level maps or piety/dominus farm runs until you can buy a void battery or a 6 link, shouldn't take too long to farm up. oh and try out faster casting gem instead of faster proj Last edited by Ewber#5692 on Jan 13, 2014, 10:29:04 PM

" Cool. I appreciate the second look. I have tried 500+ chromes to get RGGBB on my 5L but this is my first "real" build so I don't have much currency to spare. I will prioritize 20/20 EK and Power charge gems then just farm Piety until I can afford a Void Battery. Just wish they weren't so expensive :( |
