Seriously, where the hell did you find that gear?

Your chest is to drool over it.

You don't have to max Arctic Armour. If your mana regen is enough to cover the cost of EK, which is a bit less than 200 mps then you can run a level 16 AA which is all ready strong as hell.

Cast when damage taken level limitation does not affects support gems. It only affects skill gems. You can max those support gems.

I am contemplating using this build on a new char in a new league (hence completely fresh start). As such, do you happen to have a stat comparison between a witch and a scion, just like the one you have in your summoner build. I am leaning towards the witch as the quest rewards seem easier to build into but if scion provides better stats overall I may consider that instead.
