Hey guys,
i have a quick question. At what point would you recommend going CI? Currently i'm going to get vaal pact before getting CI but i dont know if its the right choice because i have like 520 ES.

General opinion seems to be around once you hit 2000 ES or around Act 2 Merciless (where chaos damage starts hurting a lot).

It's also a good idea to save a few points so that you can get CI as well as the nodes behind it at the same time.
Finding / buying a claw is unbelievably difficult. I am at the point where I may just craft one. Does anyone have something left over that they have upgraded from? Currently I'm using a 225 pdps claw, I had a 245 but I sold it as the attack speed was way too high.

I had been following your build for a while. I had a level 66 shadow with a free respec and I specced into this build with the intent of going armor/ES based and using an aegis aurora. I really think this build would become one of the best around once you add in an aegis aurora and go armor based. If you can get your hands on one, I think you should try it out. I am only 66 but I will let you know what it is like once I try it.

Also, if you used AA, you could wear stone of lazwar (Spelling?) and rainbowstrides and get really high spell block.

Also, with high armor I don't think you will get stunned very often if at all. Although is chance to stun based off life or armor? I can't remember :)

i don't see why aegis aurora would beat my current shield. i need all the eva/es i can get and the shield is my main source for that. spellblock is nice vs dominus but for the rest of the game's content you won't need it. stun depends on your life not armor.

Is there any reason not to weapon switch on bosses with this build? (ie reaper's pursuit w/ Leap Slam > IIR > IIQ)

Well I probably shouldn't have said anything since I haven't really even tried this build yet. AA probably wouldn't beat your current shield with your current chest. I guess it comes down to how well you survive in maps. If you are doing all that dps and aren't ever dying in maps then I wouldn't change a thing :) I was thinking that it might make you a lot more tanky and still keep all your dps. Although since you leech so quickly back to full ES, the benefit of AA might not be that great.

Your build is amazing though. I always do this for some reason. I see an amazing build and then I think about how to make it even more amazing. Unfortunatly, I probably don't know what I am talking about :)
Hey Perz hoping you can reply, I realize this is a CI build (for the most part) and that Chayula is all but required, but in your gear section you have Carnage Heart as opposed to Chayula.

Misslink? Or are you running a different version with unwavering?
So perz, how's the armour build going? (You said you lost some dmg nodes, honestly can't see it lol, might've been looking at a lower level Evasion tree XD) I was considering doign something similar from the start, but decided to evasion as so I atleast test it, as I've never really been one for evasion although it's been getting better over IronReflexes in the recent 6months.

Really enjoying the fact that, it's seemingly OP for early game at the very least, for example: Piety's ice arrow form, or the LA/ColdArrow exile doesn't instagib me on the 3rd hit, because she doesnt get more than one =P

Any pre thoughts before you fully release the armour section would be interesting XD

if you feel strong enough you can do that. but in higher maps you usually run around with a mf culler who lands the final blow to bring down bosses with mf.

armor-based has several advantages which i mentioned in the first post. it's really sad that evasion builds seem to be somewhat inferior to armor builds in this game. so for the early game i think evasion beats armor but in the endgame (lvl 89+) armor might be stronger than evasion.
