I've kind of hit a wall with this build where it is hard to farm anything that gets me decent drops due to lack of ES and evasion but the things I need to upgrade tend to cost too much.

I know I need a new shield and claw(among other things), some of my gear has weird gem combinations due to not being lucky with Chromatics and just wanting them to keep getting exp.

If anyone has any advice on what to do when you're at that point right before being able to farm end game stuff please let me know.

Hey man, i'm having a similar issue, except It's after I've spent a fair few Exalts.

That Claw you use is quite heavy on ele damage, you're looking for Physical damage. I'm currently using a 220 pDPS one, but 250 DPS overall, hitting 4k with Reave right now with just a 4L Carcass which i think is low, should get up wards of 8-10 with 6L when I get around to making one.

Farm up at thicket or something until you have currency for a carcass (1 - 1.5 Ex non 5L+), and an alpha (4 Ex), they are fairly important.

Your ring's also have no damage on them, will help a bit.

Replying on here to get some help with my build, see what to optimize before I go for the 6L Carcass after farming Piety for an age.

Current Gear (Farming)

The Claw cost me an exalt, 250 dps in total. Fairly good, wondering how much a 300 would improve my dps by, I use non damage ES/EVA Gloves with some res and life leech on em, and I have a tri damage ring that I sometimes use, but it reduces my Resistances too much to sustain.

I know 6L will improve my DPS, but it will only improve it from the current 4k to around 8k maybe, which is respectable but no where near Perz' build, what should I be looking out for to maximize my build? i'm currently Level 75 on this guy and doing 8 min Piety runs, she takes about a minute to kill and basically slows me down a ton clearing is a breeze with this guy.

I run Hatred and Discipline when up against her and farming the levels. hitting 3.1k ES, and 47% Evades.

Any help appreciated!

Hey I have followed this build and am currently level 66, however I find myself very squishy and quite low DPS considering I don't think my gear is that bad. Currently I am running hatred and purity of elements aura (Because I have all resists at about 50%, will change it up when I get some +Mana gear and more resists on gear). Unbuffed I get 5130 tooltip dps on reave. I only have 2k ES however I feel my gear is quite good for ES so I am not sure how much higher I will be able to get it.

I have a question for u guys using this build. Do you get power charges frequently enough? cause even though i have ice spear with LMP, codt and pcoc, I dont see power charges that much!

Not that it matters that much, as stuff explodes so fast anyway

So...Just did piety in Cruel on my shadow, fairly low dps due to having no dmg passives for my dagger, or regular dmg passives(except starting nodes) and only a two link coz I broke my 4link gloves by accident :P had -15 cold res, perma blue portals...Didn't die once. I guess 40% block and 80% prjectile evasion is just OP LOL

My Gear:

you can easily cap your res with better res rings, even if they dont get dmg on them, quality your gloves and shield, you will get another 83 FLAT es with them(which is quite a bit), make sure you have all your ES Nodes & res nodes.

I calculated your claw to be about 160 PDPS, which can improve quite alot. With capped res, running discipline (Discipline is one of your main ES Providers above your shield) and should easily get 4k +, with a new weapon the multiplyers from your gems + your dmg passives with more levels will greatly increase your damage.

You should probably do it in this order(first two shouldn't be that expensive, third...who knows):Quality gear > Replace rings with more Resistances (also account for the cold resistance on your claw...) and run discipline > Buy around a 250PDPS unless you have alot of currency to go overboard (I think top PDPS A claw can get is like 450PDPS, someone correct me if I'm wrong. This is also not accounting for a weapon crit chance roll and an accuracy/str/other crit mod)

If you can't upgrade your claw for a while after buying better res, farming Piety till mid 70's may be a viable option to get some currency(or luckily get a claw drop that's pretty decent)
