Perz' Reave Shadow

Malum95, you know that the main purpose of Alpha's Howl is to be frozen and chilled immune? (which will/can kill you very easily if you aren't immune to that as ES) At least that's what I understood of what Perz said. Also he stated that he's running 2 auras and you can switch those for your needs (or maybe in group play).

I had a 5L carcass jack with reave+multistrike+melee damage on full life+conc effect+faster attacks and I spent 350 chromes to get RRRGG in ordet to swap out conc effet with physical melee damage just to discover that I do 3k DPS less, duh

Where did Perz say that? Honestly that didn't seem clear to me at all either. It has a huge impact on the build in a very large way if you can only run two.

Yep, ok. I obviously ment using a Dream Fragments, which stops you from being frozen(i've never really had a problem with chill), and currently atleast 1exalt cheaper(pretty sure its more like 2/3 exalt but anyway) than alphas howl in domination, and getting unwavering removes the need to use eye of chayula (only 1 exalt) but you can get res/es/dmg whatever comes your way instead.

And with the auras, I honestly didn't see a thing about running two and switching out for preferences/group play what have you... (didn't read the whole 40+pages, my bad?)


ANYWAY, My point was for new players/new leagues, taking a cheaper option rather than needing X amount of uniques. Hell, even then, using wanderlust and grabbing a different ring, depending on the individuals situation.

Dont make this build ... actually NOBODY sell 280+ dps claw ... except a fucking kid tried sell 315 DPS for 45 ex ...

Probably because claw builds have taken off since 1.0 from what i've seen. Just gotta make your own and hope for something decent, you can easily get 15k+ reave dps W/O conc effect with a 200+ or so pdps claw..

This build is very costly. I'm having issues with my health and armor that I had to grab some life nodes and Iron Reflexes to sustain against mobs. I'm not sure when I want to grab CI because I'm worried I wont have enough ES.

i'm hooked up now and still not at 15k dps, please show me how its done :P




On a side note: def need a nice 400+ ES shield with resists on it, my resists suuuck.

Could use better rings, more phys dmg and resists.

Finding a 250+ pdps claw IS difficult. and expensive. I got lucky and found bringer to sell to afford what I have. No way I'd have this much w/o that.

Switching out increased area of effect for concentrated effect will give you a huge damage boost, for starters.
