this is the build im currently running with, seems to work very well, no need for shavs ring either, able to sustain bloodrage just with regen from tree, atm sitting in 12,4k ES with 160k dps with inc aoe (250k with conc effect)

also gives you 5 jewel sockets, which if u ask me is well worth it.

1 more thing, i dont really think its wise to go without unweavering with the current buffed physical dmg on mobs, you will get stunend from time to time, even if you do whirl between packs, also the fact u dont "feel" the stuns, tells me u dont run high and/or hard maps, as i sure as hell feel them, died 3 times to stunlocks before i picked up unweavering on my 99 shadow, also the life leech cluster near it is pretty nice to fetch.

i guess it can be modified for VP, if thats your thing

i take heart of the oak, monsters hit hard in 79+maps, but till now the only thing i died are stupid mistakes or because u run into packs of archers with half es trying to leech es from them; i have to turn off blood rage in vulnerability maps or vs hard bosses like academy or death and taxes or crematorium

but im at 225k dps with 195iiq/305iir or 255dps with 191iiq/255ir, 9400 es and 44%block

3. I currently have around 2% life regen, and Zealot Oath, so that should apply to my ES right? Yet when I turn on Blood rage my ES goes down like crazy. If I get more life regen, to top it off at 4%, will I take no damage from Blood Rage? Can I counter it this way?

4. Guide says go CI around lvl 60. How am I supposed to have enough ES to be able to do that? I have 1.5k (2.4k with Discipline active), but even double that number I would consider very low, since I have no other defences (evasion, armor, etc...)

Whithout stun avoidance,in 76+ maps i die several time( i have around 7.5k es).
I try stuff like eye of chayula and kaom roots but it's obviously both a poor choice.
