[1.0.5] - Lvl 100 - Blastrophe's LA / Frenzy Life Based Crit Ranger w Video (Lioneyes or Voltaxic)

I have one question. Why do you use life leech instead of life gain on hit on frenzy and la? in my opinion instant life gain is better then over time.

The amount of dmg done vs what you get back for life. Life leech works better when the ratio is in high dps favour. If your dealing large amounts of damage then the #% gained back is far greater than gain on hit. Thats why you use leech on Frenzy and use on hit with LA (while your dps is lower because you hit multiple enemies instead of just 1). When your dps reaches a level where your dmg is much greater leech will work better.

where should i go/what should i do at 69-70? im too high to farm act 3 content like docks, not strong enough for maps, and can barely run lunaris 3. 5l weapons cost a fortune, i get shitty rolls, ive spent literally a fortune just trying to roll a decent 4l just to farm lunaris 3...

i cant tank anything with barely 40% damage reduction without spending a fortune on side grades.

should i just roll alts until i save up enough chaos orbs to buy a voltaxic? or just try a cheaper build to map?

Build has no damage, can't even fucking solo level. What a waste of 70 levels. 40-80 is impossible to even solo anything because you can't kill anything. LA sucks ass now. Amazing 60% reserve auras really made LA that much better even after they bashed the fuck out of it with nerfs.

For mana problems you would want to use physical based skills and have a weapon with physical dmg on it so that you can leech back enough mana so you arent starved for it
