so at the moment i ma level 37 ranger in hardcore trying out this build and ive followed the levelling build guide from 1-40 but because of th new passive books, i have all the passives at level 37 so ive just started to enter the 40-80 build passives that were linked.

The problem im having, is doing damage with lightning arrow with LMP

Excuse me for being a total noob but i feel just standing there spamming rain of arrows kills enemies 3x as fast as if i was spamming lightning arrow.

Does the build only become effective at a certain level or can it start out in the early levels?

Any suggestions?

About the tree im following your: Level 1-40, 40-80, 80-117 (so there should be np here)
