Running with that one that I tweaked from OP's build.. Lvl 59 Duelist merc act 1 invasion
So far "cake". Just a few invasion bosses I skip.

I'm having a problem.
When I click on the passive trees, it shows me fractions of the tree totally disconnected.
I just had a terrifying encounter with residence dominus and I'd like to provide my thoughts and opinions on the current iteration of the build that I'm playtesting. Here is my present build at level 91:



The most recent changes to the build are that I dropped the ranger life nodes and re-took berserking. I'm happy with berserking; it gives me more attack speed and thus marginally greater blinding power. More importantly, my char is more fun to play. I think that I'm going to keep it.

My present life total is 5472 with pretty good gear. I think that this life total is insufficient. I had 5950 or so life before I dropped the ranger nodes and I really feel the difference. Aside from having less life I'm also losing out on approximately 100 life/second in leech and the difference in how the char plays is palpable, at least to me. It completely changes how I feel about what I can do with my char. I was tanking this boss before, only moving away on shock and from the touch of god if I was at less than max life. Now, the fight is a bleemin mess.

I think that I have more than enough damage. I had an approximately 49k cyclone with this tree at level 90:



I now have a 53k cyclone and I can barely tell the difference.

Now, the build that I'm testing does have the capability to add 12% life (far down the road) which would add about 250hp to my total, bringing me to around 5700 life or so. I think we need 6k+ to be basically unkillable in maps.

I do like the improvement in attack speed and it's not like I've died in these high maps; fracture isn't a problem since I took 3 keystone armor (or equivalent) passives and I've learned to hit my pots on fracture + discharge.

So I propose this tree as a continuation from my present tree from level 91 given the following assumptions:

-we have enough armor

-more life equals more leech, which makes us harder to kill which is more important than adding additional damage from this point; again, I feel that I have enough

-efficiency in point utilization means that we can add more damage anyways basically for fun

As you can see, I retake 24% life (rapidly) and then I take 2x life/armor nodes. Then I take the 15% node by berserking and the 12% node under by the blade. This brings me to comfortably over 6k life and probably close to 55k damage.

I've gone ahead and respec'd, taking the life first because it's logical. Here's what my tree and numbers look like now:

tree

6052 life (40 strength available for 20 additional base life)
45k deepz
12.3k armor (running grace)
capped resists at 76 (77% fire resist, see tree)
48% block
36% move speed

The plan from here is to retake berserking (because it's fun and also adds defensive utility), then the marauder tree damage, then the 15% node, then the 12% node.

I had a bit of a crazy idea. What if we take all of the armor and equiv keystones, the 3x life/armor nodes, and run hatred/haste?

I just ran a tanking experiment w. kole @ 71 colonnade which I feel that I passed with flying colors. For this experiment I ran the ranger life nodes, the 3x life nodes under resolute technique, and 2 of the 3 life/armor hybrid nodes. With regards to armor I dropped sentinel, keeping armor mastery and steel skin. I did not attack kole during this experiment of course.

I was able to very easily take 5 ground slams in succession w. granite and jade flasks. Adding life pots into the mix, I was basically invulnerable to any physical damage. I think that as long as we take at least two of the life/armor hybrid nodes and the two armor keystones physical damage is absolutely not an issue.

Were I to get critted by chance, I feel that I could take it with ease. The only physical attacks that I think could kill me with this life amount (6509 and improving) are vaal's ground slam (crit) and palace dom's touch of god (crit) were I to make a mistake. With flasks up and running I think there is no single physical attack in the game that can kill me.
Seems like your late skill build is not updated (post of the first page).

Early + mid skill build are fine but the late -ish is the same like the mid build.
Please be so kind and update it. I´m new in the game and do not know how to set the points after the mid build.
