Running 71-74s with ease, bosses deal about 1/4 my health if they get a lucky shot but I instantly heal back up to full with the bloodseeker's life leech alone. I'm running this build as a Scion and it is working great. The OP states you can start as a Scion or Marauder but it is easier to level as a Duelist. I have had no problem leveling as a Scion. I tried looking through for answers and couldn't find any, but what do people say about maces for this build. He says that axes swords and claws work well, but why won't maces (with similar dps) work well? Wouldn't they even require less mana since you will attack a bit slower? Your decoy totem is linked to CoDT so it doesn't use mana. And you're using blood magic for your attack skill. You're going to have to elaborate a bit more on your situation. If decoy totem isn't casting that often, it's just how CoDT works. And also, either regal that chest or scour/alch/chaos it. It's a useless 5L if it's not granting you much benefits because it is a Armor/Energy chest.
