[OSX] Unofficial Path of Exile port - 30/12/2018 status update
I think the only way to change the resolution is to use the settings to change the resolution. If you try to drag the corner to resize the window, the resolution goes all bad. That's how it worked for me during closed beta with 3.1
I downloaded 3.6 and rewraped today. Patched ok(using 3.1) Mac OS 10.2 It will work in fullscreen, but the pointer is not working correctly. The actual pointer is about an inch below the visual one. Last edited by Theline#3450 on Jan 24, 2013, 12:53:24 AM

I tried both v3.1 and v3.6, and they have same problem like i posted before.
It was all fine before getting patched that 70mb latest patch. when i try to change the resolution and window setting in game, the game crushes. i really appreciate any help with this problem. My friends are already playing for hours now :( |

" Try 3.6, launch the game, then press CMD Enter. It should go into a windowed but technically fullscreen mode, in the left top corner of your screen. You may be able to play off of that. |

I fixed it by changing production_config.ini file.
the fix was on this thread already but took me a long time to find cos it was not listed on the index. sorry, i should have brows throw all the 45 pages before asking for the fix. it would be nice if you guys put this fix on the index post for other people like me. anyway, it works fine now. thank you. |

Just chiming in to say that I was able to get version 3.6 working today with the open beta, I am running OSX 10.6.8 with 4GB RAM and an NVIDIA GeForce 9400M. Everything seemed to run pretty well aside from some occasional stuttering (which did get a bit worse as I kept playing). Closing other programs seemed to help. To anybody having difficulties with the cursor being off-target or the game starting in a tiny window with the wrong resolution, try setting one of the fullscreen modes to "true" in the config file, it fixed the issue for me. Thanks for the amazing port!

treskies, thanks for that tip, it actually worked and now I can play in full-screen, thx!
Just one more issue remaining: The text used throughout the game is rendered weirdly. Kind of overlapping/clustered. Mainly the text used in textboxes like item descriptions. Anyone else experiencing the same issue? Anybody got some suggestions on how to solve this? Apart from that: Awesome port so far! |

" The text distortion is caused by wine, there is no way to fix it currently. |

Hey - I'm having the same issue as many others with the small launching screen and ugly graphics while trying to maximize screen. CMD + enter does not work for me. Which porgram should be used to open the Confic. file in order to change the fullscreen mode?
Thanks in advance, |
