I remember when this was a hardcore game. Now everyone plays on permanent so there's no fighting over loot, even 6 sockets soon apparently. Next patch will be chromes is my guess.
Making softcore even more softcore, so bosses can be zerged down more effectively?

I honestly dont think 4L or 6L should be allocated at all. The fight for the item is half the fun of being in groups. If you get it, it's awesome.. if you don't, it sucks. That's the way it should be. I guess people would find a way to use a pick-it system though; if it were like that for everything.

Death pentaly reduction is nice, but I think you reduced it too much. 5% and 10% seem good to me.

Lots of people are complaining about not being able to grab 6-sockets before less attentive players can. I.e. they like to ninja.

So, why not just put "Free for all" or "Short allocation" when you start a group?

Is that because casual players will not join those game modes and you'll have to fight equals in gaining your loot? You complain this game is made too easy, but all you want to do is nab loot from casual players.

If this is not the case, then just stick to Free for all game modes and quit complaining. Jeez.




First patch that sucks. Death penalties were already too low.

I vote for 50% for Cruel and 100% for Merciless.
