There shouldnt be loot tension in permanent allocation because it ruins the point of having perma allocation.

GGG should let the party creator choose what timers to have on items.

Like, you pick what type of allocation you want for rares/uniques, then currency, then misc (4L 6sockets)

seriously, whats wrong with you people ?

and great job ggg, one of the patches i really like. i died by my mistake maybe once in 10 times, everything rest is do to lag, desynch, server issues and unability to lower graphic effects, which honestly, goes on you.
lowering penalty for that is great. altough i agree that 5% and 10% would be more meaningfull.

I like to play reckless melee. Sometimes i die to the same mobs three times, because i wanna pwn them after the first death. On a level 82 char. Or i ignore reflect damage, or i'm too lazy to see or act upon puncture.

BUT, yes 15% was a little bit much, 8% does not cut it. I want an motivition to not die. I too are for 5%/10%.

Its obvious, that you run into issues with gaining xp as you outlevel the existing content by >10 levels, isnt it?

Dear GGG, please consider to stop all this bullshitty expectations, to cut any xp gain after a char reaches the actual highest monster level (rare/boss of level 77 map = char cap at level 79)

The 6 sockets allocation does though Pedro, which is what Standard players kept complaining about on top of all the other 10000 things they want to have nerfed.
