The chest is really interesting ,the physical damage mitigation makes uniques such as Abyssus more viable to use.
Shame that there isnt a unique shield (or other items except Saffell's Frame ) like Aegis or Rise of the Pheonix ,to increase your lightning resist. | |

Love the chest. Not only that it's really powerful, it will probably also be pretty cheap since a lot of people don't seem to recognize its power :D
GGG banning all political discussion shortly after getting acquired by China is a weird coincidence.

The only thing I don't like about the chest is the small amount of lightning damage to attacks.
People will think it is designed for ele cleavers when that really isn't it. I wish that bonus would have been a more general 10% increased lightning damage or something. |

So when does the conversion happen?
A) 1k phys damage inc 50% pdr = 500 40% conversion = 300 from that 300, 75% gets mitigated = 75 damage left summary = 200 + 75 damage taken from the 1k B) 1k phys damage inc 40% conversion 600 damage, 50% pdr = 300 damage 400 damage, 75% resi = 100 damage summary = 400 damage --------- which one is true? What can never be lent or earned?
