[0.11.2] Lightning Arrow Duelist - 1.0.0 updated!
" There is no real best choice - they are all viable and a personal preference really. Keystone has it's benefits by not requiring a 6 link, and being more safe on the health pool since it cost less to use each skill - it cost nearly double to use skills if you are going the blood magic gem build, but you get more auras which in turn grants more survivability and DPS through armor, life regen, and DPS auras. The CI build is crit based, with energy shield. You more over all base damage but you attack less, so potentially shock stack for less over all - this is out weighed though due to you doing harder hits and increasing the duration of shocking, so it balances out well. Mess with the best, die like the rest.

" Alright chief, I'll do that. Was just thinking about the "crit vs WEP" duel actually. I'm using the keystone build + Lioneyes, and I do quite alot of dmg, but still need some survability I guess. Thats why I have like 10-15 following points to spend in it. Concerning Static blows, should I rush it as soon as I can ? Ty anyway ! | |
" You don't need static blows until you start doing maps on a regular basis. Focus on life and survivability on the way to static blows. Mess with the best, die like the rest.

is my build just complete shit?
i'm going to try your guide and see the difference in stats..CI crit build http://www.pathofexile.com/passive-skill-tree/AAAAAgQABbUM8g5IEHsRLxGWFSAV1xXwFx0ZtBnVGdchdiT9KjgqTSsKLL8s6TB8MfozDDnUOrM74T7PPydHBlFHVmNW-l9qY0NtGW5pbqpv8nBScNV0QXb3d9d_K3_Ghq6Ia4t6jX6Nv5AKmZqbLZ2joJ-io6XLpyunNK6TtMW297e2vea-Or6nwA_AUcEAwcXB88LsxLjKqcrTzZjSTdUA1fjWiteG2xrdDd7G4vfjhOdU6mLrFOtj8uHz6vVL-WP6sfyr_MX-K__e thanks for the great thread, ed IGN: ReflectDeezNutz

" You have no accuracy nodes, this is probably hurting you a lot in DPS. I'd suggest something like this, with a bit more mana regen as well, since we have pretty present mana problems as it stands at the moment. 99 points. Are you using power charges? If not, try these 99 points instead, it'll save you 1 point from your previous route. Hope that helps. Mess with the best, die like the rest. Last edited by Edzilla on Aug 10, 2013, 8:02:45 AM

" Well I'm using a Lioneyes so no need for accuracy. Also using power charges linked to my LA to get more mana leech from the Auxium. How do you like my overall build vs. the listed one? I restatted to your build and lost a whole lot of crit multiplier (and DPS), and didnt gain much ES at all. So I'm not sure they are very similar though. Do I need static shocks with all the crit? I could gain 7 points there and add the crit nodes back..hmm. Tell me what you think. Thanks so much:) IGN: ReflectDeezNutz

" Oh you have lioneyes, gotcha. You can put the accuracy back into the crit multiplier then. The static blows will help your DPS and in a group setting too. You don't have mana troubles ? And i didn't know you needed more ES, if that's the case, go to the middle and get some more. Mess with the best, die like the rest.

Yeah mana isn't the best right now.
I've never gone CI before, but I think my ES is fine. I'm over 6K. As far as static blows the ranger forums didn't have it in the build i'm not sure why. I am just trying to increase my DPS. Is it worth the 7 or 8 points to get there? Or should I put it back into crit? Just want to min-max the build but like I said my experience with CI is very low. :) IGN: ReflectDeezNutz

" Static blows is still really good with a crit based build, but only if you can sustain spamming your LA, and not have mana troubles. I say once you get that taken care of, then worry about heading to static blows. Crit Mutiplier isn't as important as crit chance as a LA crit-CI based build, since we do need to crit to shock stack. Thanks for replay. And another q:
I already have Lioneye's, Kaom, Thunderfist and Aphas Howl. Its imposible to stuck cap all ressits using this gear? What most important stats for bis rings and amu? Life for sure, resists and ? Last edited by Life2v on Aug 11, 2013, 4:44:06 AM
