I just posted a thread about it but what about:

Customized Graphical User Interface Microtransactions?

Like being able to buy a Fiery, Ghostly, or Bloody Mouse Cursor or different HUD art (like diff mana/life globe art, etc)?

More gambit-like support gems.

I mean, more support gems that gives a boost on supported skills but at some weird and nasty cost.
Examples:
Caustic (removes life from user based on % of skill manacost),
Self Stun (reduced stun thressold applied to user)
Chance to Self Curse on Cast (40% chance to user take a random level 20 curse upon cast)
Self Damage Reflect (20% of damage dealt by skill is reflected back to user)
and so on...
