just started your build and i must say just in the first few packs of mobs at docks (merciless) oh wow, i'm surprised. it's got a fair "amount of dps" to use, and its not a "one bang - from mobs" well done man.

I noticed you ring on the outside by quite a bit. Was there not a middle path with more elemental and life to use perhaps? 2ndly wy avoid the shock dmg/lightning dmg node in the shadow area? Would that be better to pick up right after or before resolute?
following the guide, so far so good.

wondering about the inner focus build, what in your opinion are the pro / cons of that?

for the inner focus build, would we want to not use resolute technique since we wouldnt be getting static blows? so we could still shock
Do you max all auras you use or will they end up costing too much hp?
Resolute technique is really good on ranger ? mob evade lot of hit ??

Well not "a lot", but often enough that could mean the difference between life and death.

I must say, I switched yesterday for your Tankier + shock stacking build and I find it very nice, even the leveling process until Blood Magic is not so tough (just use more mana flasks) and the survivability is not that bad. Just wanted to say thank you for all of your hard work helping other people like me who are just starting to grasp the complexities of PoE. Thanks :)
fast bow better?
Hello there, I'm stuck between "tankier+shock stacking build" and "iron grip and resolute technique elemental" build. I'm level 49 now and here is my current passive tree :

I tweaked a dozen of nodes for a lil bit more hp % nodes.
Now I'm not sure which build to follow as I already used about 6 respec points so far and I don't want to respec any nodes unless needed.

Should I continue with iron grip and resolute technique build or respec to shock stacking build?

EDIT: also should i dump some points into INT nodes for Wrath?

A few changes to the "Closed Beta build".
I wandered a little further towards Celestial Walker which unlocked 4 more Elemental Damage nodes, and gave this build enough Int to use a leveled Wrath with no Int on gear.

+ 31% Elemental Damage (from +120% to +151%)
+ 10% Elemental Resists
+ can use Wrath past lv14 (119Int req), Wrath at 18 does 6-100 dmg

- 8% Att Speed (2x 4% nodes)
- 20% Accuracy node
- Leather and Steel (24% Inc Ev and Ar)
- Fury Bolts (18% Projectile Damage)
- 20 Dex (40 Accuracy rating and 4% Evasion)
- 20 Str (10 life and 4% Ranged Physical dmg)
- can use Wrath at lv8 (assuming no Int on items), Wrath at lv8 does 2-32 dmg

Also, once one hits 81 and 82 its easy to pick up the +20% Accuracy and +4% AS nodes. Getting Leather and Steel and Fury Bolts will require some more effort (lv88).
