My advice is to use viper strike till around merciless act2 or act3 when you can get a good dagger which when used with double strike will outdps viper strike's DoT. Double Strike is good on crit builds because the second hit will always crit if the first one did. I'm loving these CI builds that I've been seeing but most of them were made during Close Beta and a lot has changed since then. Is this build still viable?
