Holy shit! That dps!
I was able to destroy Vaal at lvl 52, so I'm just grinding lvl's up. I hit lvl 59: Flicker is up to 12k+ DS is 11k+ LS is at 7k I'm at 3500 ES with discipline. Gear so far:

Didn't read through all of this, so I don't know if this has already been discussed:
Fork might actually be a better replacement for LMP in this build. Lower manacost multiplier, lower reduced projectile damage. The single target damage (melee + 1 projectile) is higher, and you can hit multiple targets several times. The question is if the difference in damage is actually noticable with those values. |

Is there any reason why whirling blades is used over shield charge? I am still not clear on how whirling blades is better in any way

" shield charge is quite alright as well! just a matter of personal preference :) i prefer whirling blades myself coz it's a shadow quest reward, hence easier to get and also because it allows me to whirl out of mobs when i'm surrounded. i think shield charge stops the moment you hit a monster so it might not be as reliable a get-out clause. Shield charge bumps the monsters in your path to the target out of the way, dealing no damage to them. On my duelist I prefer shield charge, although it cannot go over ledges and will be stopped by rocks, trees etc. It's just so much fun to headbump into a charging rhoa! :D
