You can take CI early (I usually take it around level 45) only if you have really good ES gear. If not, you'll need to wait until you get to maps where you can farm/trade for the appropriate ES gear. So either respec out of it, or try to trade for some better gear.

no this build is for pvp and pve so this build is REALLY strong pvp wise i yet havent lost with this build a single pvp game but then i tweak a bit on my gear for pvp

Fellshrine I so boring to farm, you need to spend like 2 hour for one level and you got no drops or anything.
I know some of you will say don't play PoE if you don't want to farm but please isn't it ridiculous ? Don't you think there is some kind of unfairness when a lvl 57 scion ST is solo clearing act 3 without any difficulties with dropped gear ? .. All I see with this build is so much spent effort for so little reward.

Unfortunately the build, being CI and melee (or at least middle range to close quarters), is heavily gear dependant. Since you can't use flask for emergencies, you rely only on your ES pool and your DPS to leech... You don't have to farm fellshrine until lv70, you can spec CI as soon as you have a decent 5-600 ES chest and a 170-180 DPS dagger (I got my chest and dagger for a total of 15-20 chaos/equivalent). You should have enough to buy those before lv60, if you didn't waste your currency before. Leave the Alpha Howl/Dream Fragment for later, since those are going to cost much more, and try to get an Eye of Chayula amulet next. As long as you don't try to tank an entire pack, you'll be fine up until Piety with 3-3.5k ES, maxed ele resist and whatever you have between armor/evasion, depending if you took Iron Reflexes or not... Use a skeletotem if you feel you need it, it's great to soak up damage while you kill stuff. Depending on how they're going to change Cast when Damage Taken gem, it may be useful for casting enduring cry + other defensive spells.
