No it is not, because all that is capped is the SPEED of life recovery, you still get the same total amount of life back. With VP it is just instant like LoH, instead of a heal over time effect.

Anyway, I just use use LS on psy reflect packs with the attack being half lightning then finish off the leader a little bit at a time while making sure to granite.

anyone knows if the mana is suitable when doing lightning strike with multi strike ? i was thinking about Lightning Strike + Multistrike + Weapon Ele + Proliferation + Life on hit (power charge)

Wondering if multistrike + lightning strike combination is any good.

Has anyone tested this?
