[1.0.6] CI Crit Dagger Shadow (30k DPS Flicker Ninja) [OB video up!]

At level 68 with this build I am having so much fun. Farming like a boss,but as I can see on your vid you do 30k dps on level 66, I am doing 6.5k flicker with 5 frenzy charges. Following the build exactly 1:1. Some help maybe ? My dagger is 68 - 158 dmg I think that might cause the problem but lets see the feedback. Cheers!

my dagger at lvl 47 was 30-212 (combined) if that tells you anything

I'm 51 and my dagger is 55 to 167 with 20% quality. Things are starting to slow down and I am looking for an upgrade, so yeah your dagger definitely needs some help.

Uff, it's gettin rough for me atm, but still having a damn fun time! But merciless is all about resistances it seems and my resistances dropped to almost sub 20 on everything after entering merciless.

Did you guys stack up loads of res gear before respeccin to CI?
Im level 58 and it feels like A1/merciless will be a pain in the arse. Everything that shoots anything colored is a twoshotter.

I'm relatively new to the whole CI thing but not so much to the general assassin-style gameplay. That said, I adapted your build to work on a witch. The main reason I did it is because half of this thread is talking about mana problems and Witch is naturally closer to mana regen nodes, so I figured it'd help speed things up a bit with some bonus fashion points.

So, I'm lvl 59 in Merciless right now and I've hit an odd wall. I can farm Ledge just fine but when I go for Fellshrine, things seem to slow down a bit. Naturally I assumed it was because my crit chance was pretty low (Only about 30% on LS) but I'm not able to find a Kris that competes with my dagger nor will I be able to farm one up until I get to Docks. Since I can't breeze through Fellshrine, I figured Act 3 was practically reaching for the moon.

So I'm sitting at 59 with ~1.8k DPS on LS, 2.6k on Double Strike, and about 3k+ on Flicker plus 1757 ES. I'm working on my equips but I wanna know if there's any specific direction (aside from crit on dagger, res/es on armor, etc) that I should be going for. I know some things need an improvement, hence all the farming.



EDIT: Almost forgot, this is about where I'm at right now in passives. Not sure whether I should go for VP or IF after finishing up that ES cluster. I'll eventually refund 1-2 of the mana nodes when I don't need it anymore.

So i've been trying to find a decent 5+linkd chest now for maybe 4 days. of continusly searching the entire forum with the help of the proper chanels xyz.
all i come across is bad to meh to ok chests going for 5 exalts the minimum. even whites lower lvls.
this is a pain. So i decided to craft today. (ty invalesco for ur support in pms about the crafting)

I bought a iLVL 76 magic vaal regalia for 2 chaos. no 2 sockets, no good mods.
I spend 53 jewelers, 7 fusings, 6 chromatics. and then 10 aletration orbs to get this:


which is all i wanted, cept' that the mods is perfect almost for some1 else but me.
i dont feel i can get as lucky as to get another crafting chest that cheap with as few currencys.
the current offer ive gotten on the chest on forums is 6 exalted in the run of 2 hours.

I really really dont know what to do here.
I had 5 exalted left worth of orbs, and now that minus the ones i mentiond.

Had 4L for a while but wanted to upgrade to a 5L. 5L with similar ES being so expensive, I decided to do it all myself. Managed to get 5 sockets (after about 30 jewellers) and started fusing without success.

Then dunno what happenned in my mind, it was quite late, but used a jewellers on it instead of a fusing so back to bloody square one! Havened managed to get those 5 sockets back yet.

Like PumpFIST dunno if should keep wasting currencie on this chest to get a 5l, or just set it back to 4 try and sell it and save up for a substantial upgrade?

So, I'm curious, do people who run this build prioritize accessories with Strength on it too? I ask because, holy shit, Reduced Mana and and Lightning Strike have healthy STR requirements. I have a +32 Str ring that I want to swap out for something with more damage and resists but there's no way in hell I can keep up with the requirements on RM and LS.

Hey. I'm level 45 now and I'm having serious trouble in Act 2. Like, it was damn near impossible for me to beat the Chamber of Sins, and I had to "cheat" my way to beat it by having a higher level friend get to the boss for me. So...I need some good places to farm for gear because I'm seriously feeling underpowered right now. The last time I felt this bad about the character was before I had Lightning Strike, but I don't think I'm going to be seeing a jump like that again because of one ability. I need some advice on how to try to push through Act 2 and into Act 3 Cruel.
