How are you doing in pvp right now?

And what changes in pasives and items would you made for a pure pvp build.
Thx

He Poutsos,

Great guide- a serious thanks for the work you've shared here.

Just a question,

Using CwDT, why Enduring cry and enfeeble/temp chains and no mention of immortal call?

I thought CwDT would be brilliant with enduring cry to get the endurance charges and then immortal call for thr invulnerability.
RAAAAAAAA!

(╯ಠ益ಠ)╯︵ ┻━┻ ︵ ǝ︵ o︵ d

I'm out.
Goran - Hell of a deal u got there,2 ex for legacy rainbowstride.About the prices of the items, obviously the 15 ex doesnt include my new dagger :P.Otherwise yeah, but my half my gear was self found, and u know, staff was much cheaper back then.Imagine that i got my rainbowstride, that now is legacy for 1 ex +6 GCP :P

SuspecX- What Goran said. However with this build you WILL have issues with your mana pool, and the 80-100 mana that rainbowstride provide is very much needed. No rares can give that amount. That explains also my obsession with mental acculty, while everybody told me that i can get better DPS for 3 points

Slitaz - Happy to help!

DonTrafalgarLaw - I don't PvP at all anymore.Have no interest in it whatsoever anymore. However i think with good gear it can counter everything except block.Problem is that everybody and his brother started doing block builds for PvP.The only ay to counter that is to go swords instead of daggers,to get the block penetration passives.Still the build won't be nearly as good for PvE

Orzi- Thanks man.I do mention that u will link immortal call for reflect maps :D.I personally have,it linked permanently, but this is not good for ppl who need endurance charges to cap their resists, cause immortal call will consume the charges all the time. Also i changed my colours on my dagger to have it permanently, cause getting RRR on an ES shield is next to impossible.

CWDT+leveled/quality immortal call petty much makes only the first reflect hit, all the next hits are absorbed by IC while it recasts.
I have half way converted my lvl 71 claw shadow this build. Tree is mostly already the same but with a few claw passives instead of dagger obviously. Using tabula rasa for the links. Getting three red on es chest is ridiculous. My Es is about 3k which I'm ok with ATM. And using the same belt as in guide for the damage. Sorry I can't link on the ipad. Don't have an eye of yet but just farming docks so not huge deal right now.
My question is what is the one item that I need to push this build to be awesome. I know it's going to be a 10+ ex dagger but m not sure I want to invest that in a dagger. So how cheap can I go on a dagger and still reach around 30k dps flicker with melee splash?
Thx
hi, im lvl 81 right now and got 2 skill points to put, and no know what prioritize now form the skill tree... for get more dps :/

my dagger its very bad and need to buy new one, so... , can't guide from my actual dagger for put the points

my skill tree looks like these:

so what prioritize now? adder's touch?, or is best get some other passives and later respect to get adder touch in lvl 84?
Bandit respec coming soon! Can't wait... already know which points I'll sacrifice. Physical dmg from Oak should be nice for me... could always use a DPS boost ;) Probably drop a frenzy/increased duration and get frenzy from kraityn. After that I'll try to upgrade some of my lower tier gear and push through some maps. Being level 92 gives me a lot of points to play with, but 95 would be better :) .....and then 100. Bahahaha

What do you think about build i've made recently?:

It doesnt use Power charge on Critical gem, it makes path around int area (because it is more beneficial than dexterity), it also gets Unwavering Stance, so there is no need to use crappy Eye of Chayula.
The major downside is lack of dexterity, but that could be easily fixed with proper gear (+48 dex from gear will be enough). Mana issues should be fixed by huge int and Arcane efficiency cluster. If you need more ES, you can get it instead of some crit. With more nodes, it shines even better.

There is no knowledge
That is not power
Hey, I was just wondering if you can provide a more detailed guide for the gear?

because im thinking of following the build u have, but not sure how to work my way up to have the proper gear.

In other words, what should i look for mainly when im buying gear?

for instance im not sure if alpha howl would be better, or a really high es helm

can you give me some pointers about what would be a good weapon as well?

thanks, im pretty new to this, so any help would be awesome :p
OK,here we go

wenlock Well,i ve said it before, this build is as good as your dagger is :/ But i guess this is true in most melee builds.I mean take a lood at dragon's aegis aurora build. If u don't have a soul taker and a 6L,your DPS most likely will be so pathetic that it will take minute to kill rare mob with life regen in a map. That being said, end game with all the damage passives,i am pretty sure u ll easily hit 30K with splash with a mediocre dagger of -say- 5 exalts.I cannot really guide you with prices because i suck at the market, and i trade very little. However, hitting 30K AoE DPS at level 71,with an averange dagger,is hard, and the only real answer to the quetion is to use abyssus i guess. That's fine, but abyssus is an expensive item as well,so i would definetely suggest to save for a dagger.Any dagger that has over 200 physical DPS and 8 or more base crit chance,is good enough to make the build function.Of course the more the better.

Soul_Shock Adder's Touch circle is the biggest DPS booster for daggers than anything else on the tree.THe only reason that i don't suggest getting it earlier,is because i beleive it is better to build your crit chance first,in order to have some consistency on your hits. That it is important cause you ll also leech consistently, and it will keep you alive.Having huge spike damage, with low critical chance doesn;t help your survivability much, not to mention that you won't be consistently freezing mobs around you for crowd control. Now u are high level enough, and u got most crit nods, adders touch is propably the best option. Also the 3rd nod in the circle gives 30% crit chance which will help in that department as well. The poison on crit effect is insane.

Make_A_Witch_FoundationYeah,i am really looking forward to the bandit respec as well,to get a 6th frenzy. To me this is important cause my frenzy attack that i use for face tanking will gain 18% speed and 12% damage for just one point :D.The downside is that i am completely broke currency wise, and i have no idea where i ll find 20 regrets, and then 20 more for my templar :/

MortalKombat3You got some good ideas there, and i have toyed myself alot with the idea of going through the templar area. However the ES passives u took are way way too low(+60% ES,less than half of my build),which really is a problem. In order to take more ES you ll have to drop crit nods, and then i don't know if it will worth it.Posibly it could work with really OP ES gear. Also u mentioned the lack of dexterity.Accuracy actually becomes a big issue end game, since it is a bigger factor of if u will,or won't crit, due to the mechanics of the evasion.Quoting WIKI now:
" If an incoming critical strike succeeds its hit roll, a second independent hit roll is performed to determine if the critical is evaded or not. If this roll succeeds, a critical strike is scored. If it fails, the attack still hits, but only for regular damage"
The last part is not calculated on the tooltip DPS by mistake,or because their formula cannot take it into account. But that means, now that my crit chance is 92.5% and my hit chance is 87%,even if i land acritical strike, then my hit chance is calculated again, meaning that i have an additional 13% of not criting, which is not calculated on my DPS.That is uninportant mid game or early late game, cause your hit chance is usually much higher than your crit chance. However it becomes very important on the absolute end game, since it is a bigger factor of if u will crit or not.Thats why i am obsessed with getting additional accuracy as my 6th gem, when i roll my 6L.

bowen123Hey man.I wish i could provide more detailed guide to anything. However my free time is limited.Actually the past 2 weeks i had a bit more free time and answered pretty consistently here or ingame, cause university has administration problems, since Greece is going to hell financially, and it was closed. However most likely it will reopen later this week, meaning that along with my work,my free time will be too little to go through everything very in details like i would like to :/ To anwser your spesific quetions however,a really high ES helm will beat alpahs howl anytime. If u fell u really need freeze immunity, dream fragments is better, since no ring can give 400+ ES.I still haven't decided if the auxium is better for this build than the magnate. It is definetely confortable since u aren't getting chilled all the time and for so long, but on the downside,u lose DPS,u lose the increased flask charges, and in my case i also lost ES since i specced out of 60 intelligence to get 60 strength. So it might be confortable, definetely not worth spending 10 exalts for it.I actually got that belt as a part of a deal. Now as for what to seek on a weapon,i also mentioned that earlier.A dagger with at least 200 physical DPS,preferably with high damage and not too high attack speed, since your damage per hit is more imporanta, and at least 8 base crit chance is good enough fot this build to work.Of course the more the better.Generally, higher base crit gives you consistency, higher DPS on the dagger can give u higher spike damage. The best is if u can put them together

Edit:Well u know, english is not my native language, and it is really late here and i'm tired. After i reread it i almost threw up with my spelling, and the fact that i use the word "since" every 2 seconds, but too tired to edit further. Please dont be too judgemental :P
