Lv96 Poutsos' Flicker Nuke - Outdated

Hey I really like the Idea of this Build and it looks like a lot of fun.
But can i play this build without being high level or having the perfect Gear?
Im more of a casual Player and am looking for a Build for good solo/group leveling and questing.

So is this build viable while leveling with self-found gear? Or should i go with something else? and what would you recommend?

This was my first build, so I'd say it's super fun, and interesting to play with. But... you need good gear, or it's just cannon meat. Need some of those uniques, and most importantly you need a good dagger, and those that drop as often, also a good 5L ES chest, even rarer.

For what I've seen LA Range is one of the best builds for new players, as it hasn't been heavily nerfed (like CI builds, life builds), is fun and powerful. Just my thought, anyone else can comment cause I'm kinda new to this game as well, been playing for maybe a month.

No i do not recommend you to try this as your first build :/Regarding your quetion,it was my very first character,and didnt follow guides,so i cant even say how much i died leveling until i figure out this build.Also i played 100% self found up to level 79.I didnt even know how to trade or to link items :P.It can be done but it is hard and frustrating,and yeah the build really starts to shine from level 75+ :/


--Coketrack,i think this build is impossible for hardcore leagues.It is so desync heavy :/If u manage to pull it off to level 80+ u wll be my hero

Just to mention, you can check your deaths by typing /deaths. Mine are 156. And yeah, it's a difficult build for starting the game.

Mine propably were 156 on normal lol.I was completely self found up to 79,i checked the forums for the first time around level 82,and i think i didnt know how links and support gems work until after merciless :D.I was playing extremely casual and was like OHHH BIG MONSTAAA KILLL DATT MONSTAAA(ressurect :P)

Perfect for my high level characters with free full respec... might turn my level 87 shadow into this as a boss killer. Only issue I'm seeing is gathering enough str to run those red gems. I want to run auxium to drop dream fragments...hrmm.

I think i ll start using my auxium as well,mainly for the chilled aspect rather than the frozen.I ll just spec out of 60 intelligence and spec into 60 strength instead.I hope that +80 ES will be sufficient for the loss of 12% ES.

I have a legacy soul taker on my 'blender' build and was thinking of trying to incorporate it with this build. However, daggers are far superior... just hate the mana issues :/ I think I will start gathering gear for this build. I have the 20 all res rainbowstrides and some other good gear for resistances. Probably get a 3R 1G 2B chest, since 4R will be insane to find/craft.

I really like the dps of abyssus... and I plan on using Auxium like I said instead of Magnate. How much of a dps drop does removing Magnate cause?

Well i got a leg soul taker as well.It doesnt really work.Even if i speced out from dagger specific passives and got general one handed crits,it still wouldnt work well.Up to the point of daggers being better with one less aura to not have mana issues :/.I do not know yet how much DPS i ll lose without magnate since i currently have no weapon to test.I ll post the results when i get my new weapon.However the magnate was also about the increased flask recharge rate that was very important.I seriously didnt need dream fragments,even for 75 "extra damage as cold" maps,and i was perfectly well with just one "dispells frozen flask".The main reason i ll test auxium is for not getting chilled so much which is terribly annoying,especially on temporal chains maps.

Yeah, I used Auxium on my low-life dual spork witch (pre-nerf) and loved it. As long as you have a decent amount of ES it's very effective. New weapon huh? Whatchya getting? I <3 Kolps dagger lol (and his damn shield).
