Yeah,the colours are extremelly essential unfortunately.Glad that you made it work with elemental proliferation.I have no experience whatsoever with this gem though,i have never used it

Yes. I took the increased AoE skills to the left of Deep Wisdom (Witch Area) and figured out that with Hatred this would work pretty well.

FS-Multistrike-MoFL-ICD-Elemental Proliferation

Proli acts as a no DPS splash but it's like having an automatic Temporal Chains on hit. It's actually fun, though it builds up to a perma-flicker game style. Haha.

EDIT: I have now respecced to the Flaying nodes and left the Aoe branch. I figured that the mobility FS offers is enough to support Elem Proliferation. The low(er) dmg and freeze allows for a relatively safer experience. :)

He wants to get top phys. roll on it & get 450+ pDPS. He already got the second best roll and that made the dagger 401 pDPS but he rerolled with eternal. Not to mention it has 10+ crit with multi. XD

Well! Just enjoyed a really exciting run of Poorjoy's Asylum with my friend. Used a since I couldn't find any ES helms. It helped me to run away really really fast :P

Unfortunately nothing dropped.

Yeah I 2-manned Poorjoy's with Xymordos as his personal curse-bitch/shock-stacker/phys-reflect-killer, it was insanely fun. He didn't die a single time which is absolutely insane since he has 3.3k es, no VP and no Unwavering (and killed the boss pretty much instantly), I sadly died to the very last pack on the map (Tentacle Miscreation insta-kill ><).

WoW guys,clearing tha map with 3.3K ES is quite an accomplishment,gratz!When i played it first time as you can see on the video,i didnt die but with 6K ES i had one REALLY close call.However i played it once more,more prepared.WIth a better ES helm(linked) and used enfeeble and endurance charges.Went pretty smoothly,no close calls this time :).Also without abyssus i soloed my way from 86 to 87 without dying once.Reflect no issue anymore.I changed abit my build,and i think it is optimal and complete this way.I will update soon

Sooo I thought i was ready for physical reflect... apparently not and im not sure why.

First off heres my build... its a bit different.


I have a 600 ES shield so the % extra bonus from shield adds more than straight up ES nodes it seems. I have regrets so still trying to optimize.

I have 7k ES and bout 80k dps. Im only 74 so at lvl 80 ill either be closer to 100k dps or go for lots more ES. Havent decided... with my build it can go either way.

Now... when i started up a physical reflect map solo... i died pretty fast.

I used my granite with +99% armour (cant remember what my armour is with it) which i thought was enough. Still died pretty fast.

I thought maybe it was because of melee splash hitting a bunch of monsters at the same time and just doing too much dmg at once. I went in again without melee splash and still died fairly fast.

Im about 68% crit... will be just under 80% in 2 levels when i reacquire the 60% crit by shadow. Bout 750% crit multi with current build...

I love this build but trying to make it so i can more easily survive reflect. Im sure half this thread is about this same topic so ill start reading through it more later.

There are formulas in the original post which you can use to calculate the amount of ES you need to survive the first hit and the amount of leech you need to survive reflect.
