Lv96 Poutsos' Flicker Nuke - Outdated

Power charges really are a pain in the ass to maintain, but I only have 40% base crit unlike you guys. Would it be so op if the made PCoC a keystone passive somewhere?

Also if anyone on anarchy has a few hundred chroms to spare, i need to color my new 822 es chest, but have had shitty luck. Pm if ya do we can deal :)

BTW power charges before where for me as well a pain in the ass to get,but now that my lightning strike has over 50% crit chance and i have a 20% PCoC it surprisingly easy!

Yeah i get it. I thought about that, but figured you had a higher crit chance to start with. Like 8% increase of 70% would be 5.6% more, requiring a 11 base crit wep. Anyways, thanks for the response. I measure my character improvements the same way.

Finally after about 600 chroms, I finally got it rrrgb. Would have taken rrrrg but that would be about 6000 more.

Also, what do you guys think is the most beneficial gem to have at 20% quality? Flicker Strike or one of its supports?

Congats!Definetely flicker strike.Flicker and blood rage are your 2 priorities on getting them 20%q.Melee physical,mpofl and mutlistrike get a very insignificant quality bonus so dont bother with them yet.On the other hand increase critical damage,critical weakness,lightning strike,frenzy,melee splash and Power charge on critical(if u use it)have very nice bonuses.

so, i never realised this about critical weakness (which is stupid), but at 20/20 it DOUBLES the freaking multiplier.

we all know what that means for a build like this. it's completely and utterly insane. my multi is around 800, and doubling it almost doubles my dps, as i have 95% crit chance. i guess the scaling of this is highly dependant on the crit and hit chance, but crit weakness is always going to be crazy.

I thought crit weakness was good at first because of the 9% bonus crit chance. Nope. You're right Raqxi, it's the multiplier, doubling the damage almost, that makes it awesome. The multiplier basically means you one shot ANYTHING that is cursed. Even in groups. It is awesome.
