11 days, nothing. Guess I am holding the record.

Don't worry, you're not alone. :)
Maybe we should just take off our bad luck amulets.

12 days, nothing. Honestly, they really dont need to be surprised if people cancel at this point which is definitely what Iam going to do if the case isnt cleared by tomorrow, which I highly doubt it will be. Strange thing to handle old support tickets last.

It depends on the content of the support ticket. They mentioned they are very backlogged with these upgrade requests. They probably receive new support tickets everyday which they also have to deal with.

With our upgrade requests, we can still play the game fine without them, others might have issues impacting their ability to play the game. If that is the case, then it totally makes sense for them to prioritize those issues over upgrade requests.

Don't get me wrong, it's been 11 days for me now and I do feel impatient receiving my divine pack but if I was one of the unlucky few that had issues impacting my ability to enjoy the game, I would be even more annoyed that they are processing upgrade requests.
Hi there,

I am really, really sorry about the delays.
As you could imagine, our little team is absolutely swamped with supporter pack emails.
We are working as hard as we can to get through them all.

Please hold tight. We will get to yours eventually. Even though sometimes it feels like walking up sand dunes. One case is finished... another 10 come in its place.

We really appreciate your patience, and we know how frustrating it is to wait.

Kindest regards,
Luca

The major problem I see is that they seem to handle old requests the same like they do new ones.

By doing so people who already waited for quite a long time have to wait even longer, which obviously doesnt make GGGs support look good at all in the eyes of those people. Honestly I dont really care how often a dev apologizes for the delay. They should have simply told us from the day this feature was made available that it will take approximately 2weeks or more and no one would complain. After all they knew that there will be a shit ton of requests (Chris stated himself that there were 500+ on the first day already)

But if you get told that sending an email pointing out that you have been waiting for 6-7 days already might help, but that email doesnt get any response within the following 3-4 days you feel pretty trolled, at least I do. Sure, it wont help me much if they just tell me that the ticket is being worked on by a senior member of the support team, since thats what I have been told nearly a week ago and nothing happened since then, so I guess no answer is better than a lie.

And the most recent post of the dev also implies, at least thats what it does to me, that they handle all requests the same way, which I personally find pretty weird. But since I never worked in customer support I cant really tell whether or not that is normal. To me it simply feels illogical.
I got a $50 pack a couple months back, anyone knows if I upgrade to a Regal (and pay the additional $15) am I going to get the extra points too or just the effect/pet/soundtrack?

Just the extra effect/pet/soundtrack I think.

I had upgraded mine from $20 to regal and they had subtracted the $20 points from the regal pack. So I would assume they would subtract your $50 points from the regal pack as well.

No, you are not going to get any points. I have a first hand experience of that.
