Supporter Pack Upgrading Now Available

Seriously tired of waiting, 2 days ago senior member replied about the upgrade option that available to me. Sent back the reply right away to them, no response again since then

I didnt even get an answer yet and did send out the email on the same day you did.

I want to say a big thanks to Jessica and her team for handling my request. The initial email that calculated how much I needed to pay for an upgrade took a while. But from the point where I agree they could rebill my credit card to the time where my account was credited with the pack took only about an hour.

11 days, nothing. Guess I am holding the record.

Got everything sorted out, eternal pack. The support staff are very pleasant to talk to. :) Took a little bit but know they are swamped up as it is, just be patient, they really are trying to get everything done on this end.

I have a question about the Exalted Supporter Pack. I sifted through the first 5 pages of the SP Upgrade thread [Forum Index » Announcements» Supporter Pack Upgrading Now Available] and then sifted through page 15-23 without seeing any others mention a similar concern.

My questions are pretty simple: Where would my name appear in the credits?

Is it listed as :
"beta tester"
"QA tester"
"tester"
"Sponsor/Supporter"
"Special Thanks To:"

or listed as some other function?
Is it at the end? Is it listed like this: Joe, bob, Sally, Alice
Or is it listed more like the list format/movie credit style I used above?
Will it have my real name or will it have my username?


I suggest a "Al-a-Carte" supporter pack. Like a "Choose 2 from the following category"... I guess I look at too many sites that let customers build a custom PC like this site http://www.cyberpowerpc.com/system/CyberPower_B75_Configurator/ to subtract or upgrade desired components. Some want more of the weapon effects and pets less of the promotional memorabilia.

I see several others in the forum would rather not receive added clutter and wish GGG to put the money to other use.

This is really starting to worry me, I received the email with payment details two three days ago now, and paid in the hours after that when I got home, and now I still haven't received anything, not even to confirm the payment had been received or something ...

I hope I didn't juste throw my money out the window ...

That is strange, indeed. I would suggest that you contact them again. Perhaps, somebody by mistake skipped your email or marked it as being done.
