You should have read more.
All dropped items have a Maximum of 5 minutes... so if you chose Perm Drops, and your friend does not pick up their item, then in 5 minutes it will be FFA.

No, that makes absolute economic sense. If you know something that you've invested in is going to tank in value, exchanging it for another currency before that happens is smart.

You're going to have some people buying Kaoms this weekend for 20-25 exalts, thinking they're getting a great deal, when that item will probably be worth half that by this time next week.

Hm.. about challenge for 90 uniques. I think, it's easy to place 24 uniques per stash tab. which mean 96 per 4 stash tab. So, all is ok.
