I completely agree. A lot of companies would be making a game like this pay to win and ruining it. Instead we get a pretty amazing game for completely free.. with the option to support them for extra tab space.

basically its a 20 dollar game.. that plays like a 60+ dollar game.

I smell long-run trouble for PoE's economy. Unobtainable items that can be traded tend to go extremely high in price, especially if they are useful at all.

I know it's a completely different game, but look at Runescape's problem with 'party hats'. People buy them, then a few months later sell them for a really big profit. The general rule there is to buy such items before having a break from the game. It opens the game to a ton of economy speculation etc.

I am really liking the new update to PoE. Truly amazing work; especially the health bar over enemy mobs and allied minions, and totems. I'll definitely be using that. I can't wait to see what amazing things comes out in the future.

Would really love to see some development in the direction of character/account restoration for those of us that have been unlucky enough to have been hacked and robbed of everything towards which we've worked.

I'm a "normal player" and I just saved up currency and bought 5L and 6L gear in the shops....the argument that newbies can't so this as well is false.

I surely hope magnate is gonna get a boost as well, otherwise it will be almost useless.

there is an achievement "Slay the 13 rogue exiles (Anarchy only)." So there will be only 13 rogue exiles, or I'm stupid? 13 is not much as this leage is about them..

I'm really worried about this new patch...Major changes comes with major problems, thats for sure. What really bothers me is the possibility to happen exactally the same problem that made millions of people quit diablo 3: the creation of new items, transforming the pre-patch items in worthless junk. I've worked very hard to reach what i have now, and would be a total disaster if everything loses it value. Thats exactaly what happened in diablo 3, and was exactally what made me quit diablo 3.

So far the game is awsome, i got no complains about it...every patch was interesting in its own way, and nothing was disbalanced. I really dont see the need of this major patch. The drop options are something interesting, but thats it.

Back to the items topic, what i see in the game now is everybody selling all the gear, so they can buy new ones in the new patch. For real GGG, dont you think that is ridiculous?

I really hope that everything i've achieved in this game dont go down the garbage, otherwise we are going to see the reedition of diablo 3.

P.S: Diablo 3 is a terrible game, always was, but before that change was at least a playable game. POE is what everyone expected diablo 3 to be, so please, dont screw that up.
