Running a JV map now. Planning to Fraps boss fight and see how I fare. Here is the link to the video. All in all, it was pretty easy. I spent to much time in the beginning trying to decide what gems to put on, but otherwise no sweat! Turning Weaver into Spider Cider DISCLAIMER! But i have to say some things as it was not the same case. - In my case we were 3 people so the spiders were tougher to kill - In my case there was an ele reflect and an extra phys dmg spider in the room. - In my case all spiders had 4-5 frenzy charges I want your opinion on why i died so fast according to the above facts. As for the armor. You say u add determination and go up to 18k armor, but forgive me if i m mistaken but i didnt see determination aura on you and if u use deteermination i would like to know which aura you replace it with. Also we have around the same armor values in items, but still u got 6-7k without grace i still dont get it. Sorry for my questions, but i really want your expert opinion on the above. Thanks! Well, firstly, I am NO expert. I am just a regular joe that just happened to stumble upon a neat build. As for why you died, I have no idea without having been there with you. I suspect it was ele reflect as that seems to be the most dangerous vs Infernal Blow. But if you also have low armor I can see the Weavers new EK attack hurting especially with a physical buff from another spider with the aura. Even with my armor that EK ate a pretty good chunk of my hp. I made the vid b/c I wanted to see if I was up to it. I had heard that boss was way overtuned and it looks like our build is capable of doing that boss. Ofc gear, level, and mods are a factor but it can still be done. All in all, I like the new weaver fight much better than the old version. If you look a few pages back you can see my current gem/gear setup and see which auras I am running. Once I got my hands on a soul taker, I dropped vitality for determination in addition to tweaking the build. I didn't make the vid to show off or tell others they are doing it wrong. Someone asked for it a few pages back, and I felt up to the challenge. If I get my hands on another JV map I will try to roll harder mods, but seeing that last map pop with those mods on my first chaos orb... well I couldn't help myself. -Dragon Oh p.s. i forgot to say that i use your built until now (I'am 77) at i level my 2 mara very very quick. I love it because it is easy to play and it makes so much fun to get all the damage in the face also i die very very rare, with my 2H mara i died very often :-) So i hope you make another genius how to with hints, videos and explanations. ps: and the credits of the video maps 70-74 are awesome assistant to Mr Dragon....... cool |

tried double strike instead of infernal blow, further exactly the same in terms of build

" only downside if the lower aoe range and infernal blow can do more dmg because of the blow up effect but double strike raw dmg seem higther since its mostly physical dmg.infernal blow is also dangerous again elemental reflect,you can blow yourself pretty fast.double strike didnt have any probleme with ele reflect or physical reflect and life leech from gear/passive worj better with double strike since its mostly phy dmg. both are nice and have good/bad side.i personaly have lot of fun with double strike |
