Anything you would change for 0.11 as far as how the passives goes?
The real hardcore PoE players and the elites sit in town and zoning in and out of their hideouts trading items. Noobs that don't know how to play PoE correctly, kill monsters for items. It's pure fact, it will never change.

It's a good way after this nerf of HP and res.
Alphas help a little with the reserved mana but I think it's better to keep a helm hp+res.
The build it's a good way to lose less hp pool.
It will be nice to stack -%reserve nodes+reduced mana with 20% Quality.
Edit: Inner Force and Elemental adaptation in my opinion now dosen't worth to keep it.

Ok here are the things i have to say after logging in tonight after the patch:

1) My dps got buffed by 500 (i got 5L not 6L) due to the buffed physical melee nodes - expected and welcome
2) My life is 500 lower due to the nerfed life nodes, also life regeneration is lower by 50/sec - expected, nothing to do with this
3) My armor is just 100 lower due to the Inner Force nerf BUT the physical dmg reduction is 5% higher due to the buff they did to armor - expected and welcome
4) My resistances (sad story) are lower from 5% to 20% due to the resistance nodes nerfed - expected, in order to go max again i will put 3 points into Mind and Matter node taking back some res and buffing my ES and armor a bit. Then depending which res you miss to go max again put 1 skill point in one of the respective nodes at the left of Diamond Skin.

Concluding, apart from the resistances part, i find myself a bit buffed.
After the above changes which take 4 skill points as i mentioned (at 84lvl) i ll have more armor, more ES and more dps than before patch.

Well u will need a lvl 93 char to do that cause of 112 points. Anyways this build is not to make a huge dps, is focused to Block/def/hp, so i don't think would work better than the original.

Why would u get Catalyse near the templar area? Doesn't it only apply to the elemental suffixes on the weapon?

I don't think it applies to the 50% fire conversion damage of Infernal blow.

I wouldnt go get those elemental damage nodes after iron reflexes aswell as the nodes adjacent to amplify since the build is essentially a tank one and you pass up on inner force by doing that. I do like amplify and its associated nodes though since 20% increase on infernal blow explosion range aswell as melee splash aoe range + the 20% each from the quality gems gives effectively 40% increased aoe range (unless it stacks multiplicatively????).

Ok, I did a full respec and went the full on body and soul route, dropping IF and quite a few hp nodes. Current build here.

It is utter, horrid, dogshit! The gain in armor and es was completely negated by the loss of hp and hp regen. I tested both builds against kole, vaal, piety, and lunaris 3 Titty B's. Not only that, but Kole seems to be stronger than ever! It feels as though his damage did not get lowered at all. Even keeping Enfeeble on him he was actually able to kill me twice! Once in each build, old and new.

This entire patch is looking to be an cataclysmic disappointed as I predicted. I knew I would hate it, and I do. The build will remain pretty much the same. The difference now will be dropping Inner Force and picking up the ele resist nodes near mara start until capped. Still stacking as much hp as possible, and potentially grabbing the 2 .4% regen nodes under duelist start.

I'll post a final build as soon as I get my hands on more regrets, but for those thinking of going the armor route, DON'T. Not with this build.


So disappointed.
