Dragon's Immortal Tank (Updated for 1.2)

Well, my gear is nowhere as sick as Juhazzz' and Grace alone gives me 11k armor. Other auras I use are Determination and Discipline.
But anyways here are my equip and my tree (Alpha's I only use to cast my auras):

could you tell us what is yout aura setup and mabey overall skill setup?i see that you have IR but only 1 evasion gear and no grace(i guess you use it somehwere but its missing most of ur skill on the gear you linked).you also have hatred/clarity and discipline on your boot so you actualy cant use all of them....also why clarity?

im following dragon build atm without IR and using determination but so far my armor is awfull (7k5) so i guess il just try to go IR and try your skilltree.im just not sure about aura atm.i guess hatred/grace/tempest sheild would be the best?i will miss discipline but with IR you absolutly want grace and hatred is really a must to not have sucky dps imo and you cant use another 60% aura.....so tempest sheild can be use even if it sux..

Yeah, those gems are just when I was testing the build I now use on my Scion, I quoted those items from old post I had here, because I have sold some of those items by now, so therefore I'm unable to link them any other way :p I used Grace, Determination and Purity

you are not using hatred?hum dmg must be kind of low....im playing on domination currently and i cant afford a soul taker at all atm(and no legacy soul taker on domi....) and my weapon isnt that insane + im on a 5L so remouving hatred im worried about my dps....

also purity have been changed so it wont increase maximum resist anymore,still think it worth it?

As long as your resis are high enough to have full resis you don't need Purity of Elements. In case you have some fierce mapmods I suppose it could be worth it to take one of the specialized Puritys to gain some more max. resi, have none of those leveled though.

If you have enough currency you could think about getting Alpha's, although I suppose that bitches have become a bit too expensive to just buy only for being able to cast 3 60% auras on your mana...

well since juha remouved most all res nod i guess purity of element is kinda needed in fact.will give a little more freedom on gear also.cant be worste then tempest ^^


edit:ok respected with IR,droped my all res nod and i now use determination/grace/purity of element.my res are still caped and some extra,my armor went up to about 14k with a grace only lvl 10.its getting better but dps getting lower lol.still work fine for solo but duo my dps become useless :( i really need soul taker :( so fucking expensive on domination....30-40 exalte...

personaly you should stay with lazhwar.its the primary item to reach hight spell block.the +int is really needed also.

anvil have many bad side to it and having hight block+spell block is more important then having 78% block

Hi, love the build. Just a quick question (and I'm sorry if this has been asked before), is it good to level using Facebreakers? And how well does this build do without absolutely amazing gear?

Sorry if I seem pedantic but I made a CI based EK and it's just slow and boring. This build looks a lot more manly.

okay i really like the build and i was a big fan of it until i hit lvl 60+ merc :D

the dmg did fall off like the hell, i tried it a few times with some changes but without the currency the multistrike gem and the Soultaker its really hard to lvl up. i was not able to kill a rare boss in Ebony Barracks that had the life reg aura on. after that mindfuck (and nearly 2 lvls wxp lose cuz i died few times) i decided to switch over from IB to DS and its really a huge dps boost for me. Im now able to run clarity on blood magic, determination hatred and tempest shield on reduce mana. I belive with Soultaker and Multistrike the dmg would go up on IB but on DS aswell.

Did you guys think that DS is a bit better on this build ??? atm im lvl 64 pretty low i know but im still learning the game.
Next Question is, did you think that Tempest shield is worth running on low lvls like me ?? i know that i would lose 4% extra Block chance but is this 4% buff really worth ?
