Lying to players that have been supporting you for 10y about supporting both games is bad. Destroying POE1 endgame to test some POE2 stuff is bad. They are “testing” content for PoE 2 for a long time now buddy, probably some of the leagues you love were already this case. Not inly one game is a sequence to the other, they were even the same game before, so whatever content arrives in PoE 1 may be used in 2 if it makes sense and reverse is also true.

Now a new league was presented due to players feedback. Personally it is sounding very cool to me and once again bigger than full seasons in other games, but this is as much “left over” than ay content you played at least since they announced PoE 2 (4.0) and it doesn’t matter in the end. In summary these games exists together and have grow together for a long time now…
