is there a way how to combine and create new items?

like in cube in Diablo 2?

Open beta starts in end of octeber so you better buy keys now if you wanna enjoy game

Are bank tabs purchased during beta going to carry over when the game is released? I know the contents arent, I just meant the extra tabs.

I think I read that any cosmetic items and such bought through the "shop" including bank space are to be kept

Didn't find this in the first post and am curious to know the answer - Does the local effect of a prefix (f.e. Local Base Physical Damage Reduction Rating of the Ribbed prefix) affect a whole party? Or what does the local mean? :P
