This thread was very helpful to me back when I first started, thanks! I thought of something to add to the list:

Common Abbreviations
Many people use them and (falsely) assume most people will know what they mean, but if not the entire post can become meaningless (especially to newbs).

A few to get the list started...

CI - Chaos Inoculation (keystone passive)
DPS - Damage Per Second
IAS - Increased Attack Speed
IIQ - Increased Item Quantity
IIR - Increased Item Rarity
GGG - Grinding Gear Games
GCP - Gem Cutter's Prism
RNG - Random Number Generation

etc... getting late here wanted to post the idea while I was still thinking about it.
