Map Management Resource

I've just played Academy map with "4 additional Projectiles" mod and can say that Tornados are projectiles and there are a lot of them with +4 :)

If you are still trying to keep this updated - I can only imagine how much work that has been with all the insane reworks - Some facts about the 1.0.3 Shock and Horror.

The attacks I've seen it using are:
- The beam(comparable to searing touch, only lightning), once fired, won't release, until you interrupt the line of sight. Pure lightning damage
- Summon 8 spawns, 2 at each of the 4 pools
- Resummon totems, back to 4, can summon multiple totems
- Melee attack

The totems use:
- Lightning warp, will drop lightning ground where they land(not from where they teleport)
- Lightning herald, though they seems to cast it all at the same time - it feels like this ability is activated by Shock and Horror itself.

Here's a vid if you want to study its movements yourself.

Thanks for the help! I'm well aware of what she can do (since I lost my Nemesis character to her), but I planned to update it per tier ;)

The 70 tier has been updated. Nothing much has changed there aside from the absence of the Massive prefix. As always, send me a message if there are errors.
Quick question:

Is using chisels on these two maps potentially worth it? Or just run as is (I'm thinking the latter).

run as is, for 20 chisels you could buy a second one.

Ah fair enough. Well after running a few villa's with my melee guy, I can say this:
- Doesn't throw single lightning traps, only in pair of three's
- Fire trap has a huge AoE, mediocre damage, thrown solo
- Beartraps are never thrown right in front of Caliga, always a bit away from him - if you stick to him melee, you won't be caught by his beartraps. Throws beartrap solo as well.

Also, might be worth mentioning, if you do get caught by a trap, leapslam/lightning warp can really save you.

Villa seems to be extremely good with pack size btw, great exp that way.
I am a nice guy.

Map mod frequency research similar to Kripp's, but made on 1.0.3.

Updated "map advisor" spreadsheet.

Thanks to Isky we've got 345 map rolls on version 1.0.3.

This is awesome, thanks for posting it. If you'd like more data, I'll start tracking mine. I'm grinding maps all the time.
I think you overrate Smothering is in terms of how good it is. Tons of people have trouble with it and the high quantity doesn't matter if you just have to reroll the map. Far harder than no regen.
Just my 2 cents.

Smothering is definitely very build-dependent. For me, it's free quantity and I hardly even notice it (I use no mana due to Blood Magic gems, and have heavy life leech). But when I was trying out some variations on my build where the regen affected me, it became a very frustrating, if not impossible mod. I seem to get that one a really high % of the time too, so it led to me having to reroll a ton of maps, and now that I switched back I'm happy to be able to do Smothering again.

Yeah, it's the one affix which made me swap BM over IIQ when I was farming it, because normally I run on mana leech.

If I remember correctly, It cuts life leech in half as well, making it much harder to outleech incoming damage.

For cast-on-crit build this mod makes me turn off one aura and get surgeon's mana flask. Also, requires a lot more running away to heal.

PS. PMed you about mod frequency research.
