NP, lol, your edit didn't quite work, have a look :)
Casually casual.

Following the guide for low-level maps will get you broke.

Especially 66-67 maps should be played as follows:
1) Transmute
2) If you get one mod that you can play (i.e. won't get you killed), Augment it
3) If you have two mods that you can play, go to 5), regardless of map quantity
4) Alteration it and go to 2)
5) While playing get 6 inventories of blues and yellows and sell all.
6) If you have more maps, go to 1)
7) Buy a new 66 for 4 Alterations or a 67 for 8. Go to 1)

Doing this it is basically impossible to go broke.

Only around 70 the guide becomes accurate, before that it rerolls way too much (it basically assumes that you cannot buy maps, and running out of mapsa will be catastrophic).

Some minor corrections based on personal experience.

0) use on 66-68 maps
2) one mod that you can play without being annoyed to death (looking at you TC and chilled ground)
3) two playable mods AND [over 30% quantity OR has one or more of: maze, larger area, pack size, magic monsters]
7) this step does not exist, as such setup allows 66-68s to be maintained indefinitely (net gain in # of maps owned) while building a 69-70 pool slowly but surely.

A note: When I was running 0% iiq/iir, the total blues/yellows dropped per map was about 2 inventories. Once running 25/31 or 0/58, about 4 inventories drop, about a quarter of which will be yellows.
How to make a build: http://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/510084
Current guides: N/A
Agree with your comments, except that I would tend to Alchemy all 68s and play them.

However, I have tailored my build so:
- I can play all single mods, including BM, chaos damage and no-regen
- I can play almost all combinations except very lethal combinations involving three or more damage/weakness mods.

The ones I cannot play I save up and vendor in triplets for a rare 69 map.

I agree that when you start gather inventories some IIR/IIQ is really needed. Even a little does a lot of good.

A very simple method is to have a 2nd weapon with Culling Strike, IIR and IIQ gems in it, bring bosses and yellows down to 10%, swap weapons, and kill them. Takes a bit of training to get used to, but is really worth the effort. It gives you about 35/50 without having to modify *any* of your main gear.

Whoops, server hasn't updated...

51% temple, Maze, vulnerability, double boss, pack size. Run it?

Of course you run it. You just skip Piety+Piety.

Unless you are ranged (LA, PS, etc) with lmp/gmp + chain.

Double Piety is easier than single, with any combo of mods, in this regard. :)
Casually casual.

Just bring a Topaz Flask and you should be fine. If you're an ES character, then take Fairgrave's Tricorne in as well.
Been grinding away at lvl 69-70 maps all week and managed to pile up 4 temples. How do people generally roll these ? Alt spam and regal or chaos spam ? And never do without a maze roll? Should I aim for a minimum quant with the maZe?

Waste Pool- [Difficulty: ♦ | Potential: ♦♦♦♦♦ | Clear Speed: ♦♦ ]
Recommended Affixes: Labyrinthine, Fleet, Unwavering, Skeletal, Undead, Villainous, of Champions, of Hordes, of Smothering, of Suffering
An amazing map that, when rolled with the Labyrinthine prefix, puts it almost on par with the Temple. This map follows the Sewers tileset and comes with wide passageways and very large rooms. Unlike the Temple however, this map has slightly smaller pack sizes but are large nevertheless thus benefiting from any pack improving, quantity and inhabitation affix. Players should always attempt to maximize rolls on this map as it holds the highest potential for the 72 pool. The boss for this map is a unique Boiling Ambusher which poses no threat whatsoever.

Bull. Shit. 79 cold res + cold flask, no added dmg, got 1shot with 4k life -.-

Oh not to mention, was as the boss was dying, lost a Bringer of rain because if it #imad

So I alched a Catacombs, got 61% maze (no regen, fleet, fire res). Ran it, picked up a Temple. Now the question is, should I alt-regal or chaos? I'm not dirt poor but I'm not exactly rolling in exalts either. Is the extra quantity that you can get from chaos worth it?
