Thanks for this awesome guide - it was very useful!
Cheers!

Great guide, thanks!
If you can't control it, STOP.
Most useful post to date that I have seen on the forums. Well done!
Lyraei,
Have you considered including a picture of each map in the guide? PM me, I will help you out if you want.
The chance to Vaal +1% maximum resists on an amulet is less than 1/300.

No its not. Thanks for catching that out, seems my error went uncorrected for awhile. Shipyard is an indoors map.

I'll think about it.

(sorry for the long post but would really appreciate some advice here so I can feel safe doing my hybrid widow maps again)

Does anyone have any tips for Hybrid Widow map bosses post-patch? My character is in a somewhat awkward stage because I took a significant HP hit to spec dual-curse *before* the patch, mainly to help with taking down the harder bosses. Now that avenue is closed, or at least severely nerfed. Temp chains + enfeeble is now basically as good as just enfeeble or just temp chains pre-patch, possibly worse in enfeeble's case due to armor scaling. Since just enfeeble wasn't enough for me to comfortably clear these bosses on HC pre-patch, I don't expect TC+enfeeble to be either and I don't think I want to risk trying.

I do use a skeleton totem, but it's just linked to faster casting. I would like to link it to blind, but my slots don't really allow that unless I can roll a RRB spell shield (tried and failed after 60+ chroms yesterday). Skeleton totem doesn't work as well as I'd hope, since as a FP user I have to get fairly close and it tends to flicker over to me regardless of how many pets I hvae out. I sometimes use zombies to have a few extra meat-shields before a fight. I also have a leveled raise spectre but I no longer use it, though perhaps I should and there is some mob I haven't though of that could help a lot with these bosses. More likely though, my solution is something I haven't yet tried or thought of.

Enduring Cry + Immortal Call is tempting, but since I have no endurance charge passives, I'm not sure how effective this would be. I could grab one charge for a DPS sacrifice, but then I'm really only looking at ~5 seconds worth assuming 20%, max leveled IC with high quality/level increased duration. I already maintain arctic armor (like I would an aura) along with grace, determination, and purity. I try to have 100% uptime with molten shell (mine lasts 20 seconds). I have 20% Chaos resist that I can bring up to 50% if I am willing to sacrifice a few hundred HP. Short of enduring cry/IC (which may be the answer) I feel like I've tried everything.

Decoy Totem, stand next to the totem and have Surgeon's Granite Flasks active. Enfeeble her and Temporal Chains if available. She won't flicker if there are two targets within range and using a Decoy Totem means attention is diverted to it instead of you.

Thanks, I'll try this out (will have to level up a decoy totem first). How important do you think quality and a level 20 totem are for this technique?
