You have given up faster casting on your 5l, that's a good loss in dps i'm not sure if it's worth it, lowers clear time...

IMHO it's stupid to run docks forever just to find a shav, cause at some point u don't get xp anymore. Its better to take CI, and level in maps. It doesn't matter if u have less DMG, cause DMG will still be good enough for maps. I ran with CI up to lvl 83, and my MF setup(90/170) was strong enough to do up to lvl 70maps. DMG setup was much stronger but less fun cause less drops. Luckily a shav dropped for me at lvl 83 in an arcade map, so this was the point I changed to low life.

IMHO if u got no shav and u want to progress beyond the 70s u better stick with dominions guide and run maps.
Running docks can be fun for 1-2 weeks, but then it just sucks..

400dps is enough to clear docks at a nice speed, and you don't even need that many dps nodes to reach that number, a lvl18 spark alone gives really big dmg.

I died a lot due to having practicly no ES (13xx) (because I got hacked at all my gear was stolen) so I'm using that ev/ar 5l lol.

Hence I'm back to CI, and my plan now is just mapping with my friends, or solo Lunaris T 3 for exp and loot.

And also save up what ever I can sell, so I get 3 mirrors and mirror off the best 6L ES chest, shield, and wand/sceptre.

I tried to switch Faster Casting for IIR and it feels ok, a bit slower than before but all of a sudden i started seeing orange dropping (maybe it's only RNG, but still I like how it's working out)

Now i'm sitting at ~80% iiq and 275% iir, switched some iiq gloves for Aurseize and using an Eye of Chayula i dropped.

On a side note, GGG stated there's some "harsh diminishing returns" on Magic Find. Does anyone know something more on this subject?

A bit of related feedback: I got into a group farming lunaris 3 and piety, the new zones are now lvl 68 and they are supposed to have better loot and all, but from my personal experience there are too many drawbacks:
- The fact it's still a labyrinth (a bit better than before for sure but still too easy to get lost into)
- Machineguns shooting at you from offscreen and other oddities, like uber fast whip things, forces you to pay extra attention and lowers clearing speed
- I still don't know how to safely handle Piety (and it even stuck in a pillar on my 1st attempt and I had to reset back whole lunaris 3 -.-)
- The actual ridiculous status of low life vision radius. I'm not switching to CI, i would lose too much in terms of MF and DPS.

I'm not concerned (for now) about the boredom of running docks over and over, i engage on trying to do it every time faster to keep up the interest... and while it lasts, I'm fine there ;)

Well still no Shavs droped for me (although today I did drop a Carcass Jack which my mara will love when I level him some more) but I am getting closer to trade territory. 18 pure ex and about 2 more in other currency.

Searching the forums seems that most 5l are going for 22 or so...

Hi guys, just want to ask will this be a better farming machine compared to Advicularia's Dual EK?
Also will this build be enjoyed as early as level 30-40?

Woot! Managed to trade for a Shav's so getting started on some of the maps I've been saving up.

So couple of quick questions for those that are already up to this stage...

What are you doing with indoor maps with almost no sight cause of low life? Trading them, running them anyway or selling 3 together for a higher level map?

Just started a build based on this a couple of days ago, its been pretty fun so far.

Up to lvl 58 now and just started Merc Fellshire. I've taken the Lord of the dead passive since I was next to it anyway 4 zombies + life + dmg being better than 3 ;)

At the start of merc I just went all out MF (not great for leveling, but what the hell). currently sitting at 79/219

My resists/defensive are really bad, but my zombies take most of the heat so its workable. even with purity I'm 50fire/-10cold/-13light/-60chaos. I have 1 andvarius ring which doesn't help my resists much.

I've not started low life yet, but i might do that soon. I'm used to running that way from another toon, so it won't be much impact to me I think.

726 hp/913 es 305 dps on spark with 22.5/210 crit.

Only issues so far have been be multi-proj voidbearers on cruel docks, get that with an aura voidbearer and maybe a speed aura mob too and your totems drop faster than you can put em up lol.

Even with -10 cold resist, Merveil merc was cake. Just constantly dropped totems on her till she died, dont think she killed more than 2 zombies (since she dropped a unique it encouraged me to run it a few times). 3 uniuqes in 20mins, was my start to the day :)

I have the wondertrap, just not putting them on till I go low life. Also have 49r gloves, but I'm opting for some quality atm.

Fell seems like it might be slow, but it could be just cause I'm slightly underlevel.
