I don't think you need RF for that. You can get way more dps than that without RF. I got 917 tooltip dps in town, before any auras or buffs. Focus on getting a good wand and get crit nodes plus good gems (new recipe makes that easier, I'm also leveling gems at the moment) and run auras (haste, vitality, purity, clarity, discipline).

What do you all think of this shield as being a decent replacement for the Springleaf?

Hey deathlordd, saw your topic on reddit. Pretty nice drops, though I feel you need more IIQ. I know that I'm on the opposing end and need more IIR (111 IIQ, 233 IIR before flask).

On topic, it's close to impossible I'd say, sorry. I got this shield from Piety and slowly lose ES while using RF, would need about 50 more ES on the shield to break even.

really depends on what you're doing. for instance, if you solo farm, get around 100-130 iiq then 250+ iir, but if you're in groups, other than the iiq gem, ignore quantity bc of group quantity bonus. i personally have 1720 dps, but i use a heartbreaker to cull the mobs in groups.

also for reference i use . i am thinking of dropping some es nodes (currently at 6.8k es) to get the golem's blood to run rf on annoying maps like 1/2 regen vulnerability etc

Would it be possible for me to improve any of my gear pieces for <1ex? Would rather not spend a lot of money as I'm trying to save for Shavronne's...

First of all, add 20% quality to all ES gear. Your head, gloves, boots and shield lack it and it can boost your ES a bit. Secondly, you can get a better wand for ~1ex, probably also below. I paid 10gcp for this:

Wait for a quitting sale, additional cast speed makes a pretty big difference. My previous wand also was Moonsorrow.

Other things to upgrade should be jewelry, you lack all resist on gear. That frees up the 4 points spent on resists with shield, allowing you to get closer to Nullification. But maybe do that after Shavs. Oh and yo

From own experience I know that around 3.8k ES allows safely running Lunaris. You survive a Kole crit, Piety in ice form running around without you noticing and hitting you once or twice and tittie bitches champs with multishot after you quicksilver'd into them. Same goes for map bosses till 71, haven't gone any higher.

Edit: I'm surprised you took so many dex nodes, considering you have dex on your gloves. You should be able to get out of one +30dex nodes. Haste doesn't have to go to level20.

You're a bit unlucky considering Anarchy is more expensive than Standard from what I can tell.
