MyTeacherTouchesMe, it just hit me last night that the "Rogues exiles are coming to other leagues" statement might refer to them coming to other permanent leagues like Anarchy and Onslaught. Just a thought.

Anyway, since I haven't seen anyone use an Infernal Mantle on their build so far, thought I'd share how mine has turned out. 2k DPS, 3k ES, running on Vitality, Discipline, Purity, Haste and Clarity. I took full advantage of the 100% increased crit strike chance and concentrated more on the crit parts of the skill tree. Current chance to crit is 20% while multiplier is at 371%.

Farmed Docks until level 76, now moving on towards Lunaris. Comfortably farming at 117/267 IIQ/IIR.

How do you guys get enough dex? I need to use for the attribute reduction

Perandus Blazon and some 30 nodes around the tree. Also, while going for nullification you pick up some dex on the way.

I don't think i have any dex on gear, except from that belt.

Anyone here use a version of this build with this shield? I'd probably have to pick up the Troll's Blood passive, but even with that is it possible? I just wanna know if anyone here is using the pheonix shield with a version of this build and getting a healthy positive regen. Thanks

You don't need trolls blood for it. I could use RotP with 1.4% from vitality and the 1% node. The downside was that my regeneration was too slow, so taking any damage (which in Lunaris is hard to avoid) took too long to regenerate. It puts me at 89% fire resist, 4.1k ES and 104 ES/s. Springleaf offers 325 ES/s at 73% fire resist and 3.8k ES.

Then again I find Springleaf more useful because if halves your freeze duration, whereas I haven't seen myself getting ignited on those maps that have burning patches on the ground, in fact I didn't take any damage whatsoever from it (with Springleaf).

Just give it a try in Eternal Laboraty.

How do i get 3/4k es? because with the dicipline gem and armours i just got 1000 es and well don't got many slots that can have es just my helm and if i equip my soul mantle(don't got shav yet) and i can wear a es shield but that way i can't equip my springleaf O.o

so what is the best way to go to have 4k~ es?

With Soul Mantle it's hard, maybe close to impossible. At 4k ES you will have about 900ES on your gear, subtract the ~200 from Soul Mantle and you would need an insane head and most like Gale Emblem, a ~80ex mirrored shield.

However you don't need that much ES (or RF, or big damage) if you stay away from Lunaris. Also, Springleaf only makes sense if you are running RF, else Rathpith Globe is a cheap way too boost your ES and dps.

Well i need the es because i want rf cause my dmg now level 60 is just 265 dps and well i could solo brutus merciless. but if i want to solo docks or maps i think i need way more dmg than that:O and without rf i have no idea how really ahwell i just see how i goes i guess.
