spark is so boring, you just stand there and replace totems..

" FP is so boring, you just.. Bows are so boring, you just.. The list goes on, everything becomes tedious after a while. Just roll a new character then. Hello darkness my old friend..

" That was my first impression as well. Then it started to rain loot and it became "this is crazy fun!" Last edited by cloud9xx#0913 on Jun 10, 2013, 6:20:46 PM

Yeah, I started with a melee 2H duelist then rolled this. I love seeing groups of enemies fall rather than zigzagging back and forth.
This will be my loot wench and for groups I may try a dual wield claw shadow in anarchy (keeping my melee for standard). Pacific (GMT -8) Time Last edited by Madcow1120#4324 on Jun 10, 2013, 7:17:10 PM

How much should i level green\red gems? Is it worth to sacrifice passive skill points to take these +30 dex\str points?

Alright im brand new to witches and fairly new to the game. Should I not follow the build in the OP? I've seen a couple newer ones updates in the recent posts, is there a certain one that is reccommended now?

" Where do you mean exactly? I tried both gear and passives Life and Life % input fields, Character Level and Strength and they seem to be working. Afaik there's nothing else that should impact total life, right? " After that error, does it work? Unfortunately I don't have an excel installation to troubleshoot that so if it doesn't work, your best bet would be to use it straight in google docs. Thanks for taking time to try it ;) I've been busy these last days so I couldn't theorycraft anything, but i'm taking this build into anarchy too, i just reached cruel and I need to develop at least an 80 build to follow, i'm saving up on points since beginning of a3n rofl Bye EDIT: Just added Stats Weight (Increase to DPS per Stat) to the spreadsheet ;) Continue: To make those calculations more consistent, i had to remove some roundings which were giving skewers in damage calculation (always that), so it could happen that values in Tooltip DPS will offset from in-game dps a bit more than before, but should still be an acceptable amount. Even more edits: Added a column for the "base dps gain per skill point" sort of thing. I assumed that Cast Speed comes in 2% per Skill Point, Crit Chance in 15% per Skill Point, Crit Multiplier in 10% per Skill Point and Spell Damage in 6% per Skill Point. Those are wild assumptions, as there are many nodes that are not standard, but could help in thinking where to move next. The correct way to use those informations is to take an "essential build" stripped of everything "DPS related" you don't feel mandatory or that you just can't live without as a base. Then, spot some good nodes/clusters you want to add to your build, see how much DPS you gain with the new statistics and factor them for the number of skill points you spent. Those that come up with the highest value are worth taking before the others. Of course those values take your gear into consideration, so it's a better approach for a full respec, rather than a new character ;) I'm gonna try some different builds to see if results are consistent, and I'm asking for ayone willing to use the spreadsheet and share their results with me here, especially if they are not correct! ;) Bye Last edited by ThePlash#0157 on Jun 11, 2013, 6:38:43 AM

I'm looking for a farmbuild, is there any alternative to dual spark?

So far I'm not sure how to re-spec my character properly. Troll's blood, nullification (with void barrier nearby).. but then again all that those things are needed for is RF, which I am not running right now.
So I will spec into this http://www.pathofexile.com/passive-skill-tree/AAAAAgMBAnEC4wSzB2MHpRFQGmwdFB8CKU8snCynLR82xTrYO-FDY0bXSbJN2FcrWPVZ81orXcZmnme9bRlxTXYRe9d-r3_GgW-CEIKbiEKLeox2jRmOZI9Gj_qaz5uhna6dxJ48oqOj8qcIpyu1BLb6tzG71sAawbTBxcHzw23Q0Ngk3YzfsOAS4vfkIuTs5oHsGOw47m_yHfem98H60g== (am lvl66 right now) then get more crit nodes and keep a small buffer of maybe 5 spare points in case I have to spec into something quickly. Seems to be safe, so I can decide whether RapterJesus' build is more efficient or one posted in here. Hello darkness my old friend.. I have few questions:
1) Should you run all 4 auras together? 2) What level of clarity is optimal? 3) Should you take inner force? Inner force will grant: - more mana regen (may let you keep lower level of clarity -> more mana left) - more ES - more max resist (lower RF damage) - more hp regen from vitality - more dmg bonus from RF But also it will increase RF burning damage and cost you 4 skillpoints. |
